I hadn't seen any of the signage that the lady said said was everywhere (looked for it tears in my eyes never saw anything)... and based on others yelps many people have taken photos too and I don't know maybe ask nicer and in a less publicly embarrassing way, people have social anxiety. Called back the next morning to see if I could get store credit, was told perhaps and to come back. I don't live in Burlington so it's about 30 min round trip. Longer story shorter, no dice even when I proposed that if the store credit wasn't used in the next 24 hours = they could keep the smelly jacket AND the credit. Idk what boss/manager wouldn't see the value in this, especially for customer retention- but they didn't. Would have unloaded a bunch of accessory items onto us at worst, and probably spent $ beyond the jacket credit, but oh well ‍ Anything you can find in there you can probably find online for much cheaper, and potentially new. Will not be supporting this small business again, and will use FB market for these type of items in the future. First time customer, last time customer. Simple as that.

The left side room has huge variety of apparels, hats and socks. The back side has great collection of gifts, stationary , cards, magnets, posters and other souvenirs. The cakes, cookies and some candies are sold by weight. We bought some unique toffees and gummies from here. I also found some really nice magnets here highlighting Vermont. We bought few of those and some stickers too. This was one of the better quality souvenir store we found in Burlington area. The staff were very friendly, helped with questions and checkouts.

They also have souvenirs (stickers, signs etc). There's a book section with toys. Organic soaps/shampoo by the wall smell very good. I got a soap bar of a local farm. Good quality. At the back, there's a room full of Christmas decorations. Festival spirits throughout the whole year. Overall a great local business for visitors and the neighborhood. Squeeeee! This place is AMAZING…read more I seriously cannot believe I've never been in/heard of this place after driving by it so often... and me being in love with all things old and chippy. The place is huge! It is pretty well organized. There is furniture throughout. There is a section for bathtubs---beautiful old clawfoot bathtubs. Oh yes, there is a section of just clawfeet too! There are tons of old doors, windows, reclaimed wood, cabinets, hardware, and so much more. I could spend hours in that place. And don't worry, I will. It was pretty cold in there today and my partner in crime was being a baby so I had to dillydally and linger less than I wanted to. The prices as marked were highish, but they are probably negotiable. I've got my mind on several pieces so I will update when I go back.

I think they do a great job with buying. On the few occasions I've had a specific (and obscure) book on my list that I haven't found, they've offered to order it for me. They've got a great little cafe as well. And the staff is really helpful and sweet. It is my go to place for gift certificates for teachers or folks that I need to get a gift for that I don't know well. This place is a gem! Definitely check it out.
