Sad to report that I won't be able to shop here any longer. After attempting to exchange for a smaller size, I was informed that it was not an option without receipt. After driving 40 minutes to get there on my day off, looks like Amazon will be getting more business. Really disappointed to see a small businesses not supporting the Nurses that shop there and keep them in business. Poor plan ladies! When we attempt to support you, it would be great to have flexibility and support in return. Inna, I was not asking for a refund nor a store credit, a simple exchange for a different size for items that are standard (nothing with holiday theme ect). Where has this place been all of my professional life?!?! The best prices! The best selection! The best customer service!!! The place is well organized and the staff is not only knowledgeable, but also unusually helpful. They are So willing and that is always important though not always available. If you purchase any defective items you will not be able to return them! I purchased two pairs of scrubs. After one use and one wash, the color faded and they shrunk! I've never experienced this before! I wanted an exchange or return but was told they can't do anything once they are washed! The brand was Maven! Very disappointed I spent money here. read more

Best spot to get your scrubs for sure. I was surprised at the wide selection that they had! There had brands that weren't so mainstream as well as the ones you can't live without. I can tell from their selection that they do tend to favor WonderWink but nonetheless, they still have a variety of other brands. The prices were very reasonable. A problem with other scrub shops I've been to all charge a lot more than what they sell the scrubs for online but prices here were the same or at most, $1-2 more than online prices. There was only one gentleman working there and he was very helpful, not pushy, and laid back. I was greeted upon entering and was just told to ask if I had any questions or needed help. Then he just let me be, which is wonderful. It was a very relaxed environment. He wasn't watching me, wasn't asking if I needed help every few minutes, which when scrub shopping, makes me feel comfortable because I take FOREVER to look and try on stuff. At check out, he gave me a card with a discount code on it on 25% off future purchases for their online store. Better yet, it doesn't expire, AND for new/unused scrubs that don't fit from online purchases, I can exchange them in store. This nurse is happy! :D read more

I was so excited to find another uniform place. Why aren't there more stores with all the hospitals and healthcare facilities? This place is dark, small, and had a restroom out of service. None of the racks were organized in a way that makes sense. I'm petite so I like the life uniform marks petite sizes, too bad this place doesn't. Also, it seems like the purchaser doesn't like to get matching tops and bottoms and no rhyme or reason to the sizes. read more

I'm an LVN and was heading to Gateway Uniforms to get a lab coat and about 100 ft away my vehicle died. I rolled into the lot and stopped SIDEWAYS. So embarrassing. It was 103 degrees outside and I went in and asked if they minded if I hung out and waited for AAA after I made my purchase. My experience here was great! Tons of different brands, colors, styles, and sizes. They had tall pants sizes for giants like me but they also had petite. The owner was very helpful and friendly. If you can't find your size in the front ask the owner cause they have a big inventory in the back. A couple of my pants were out of stock so he ordered for me online and it was free shipping! The owner was very friendly and helpful.
