I needed a super last minute t shirt printed for the following day. After calling around to multiple print shops in the Roseville/Rocklin area, I spoke w Val at Promote Me. I explained to her what I needed done, although most shops don't print single shirts, she said she'd make an exception. Not only did they accommodate my needs, they surpassed what I wanted! They even made me a free birthday mask (the shirt I was getting made was for my birthday! :)) I was able to pick up the shirt that day, just in time for my bday the following day. They even offered to stay past their hours in case I wasn't able to pick it up in time. I would rate them higher if I could. Support small, local businesses! Val, Debbie and team did an outstanding job creating and implementing our design logo for our VIP seats for our Rocklin High Football VIP program. They looked amazing and achieved the exact look we had hoped for. After the first game some of the mesh seat backs were peeling and I called to let them know. They immediately took action, resolved the problem which included calling the seat manufacturer and fixed the seat backs. I was greatly disappointed to see the Xlarge women's football jersey I ordered was not true to size and fit more like a medium. They told me others complained of the extreme size difference, but would not correct the mistake or refund my money. They told me I can pay to purchase a larger jersey. I told them they should at least note on their website their items run two sizes too small, since they were aware customers were unhappy and disappointed. Luckily our school will no longer do business with them and I hope others boycott them as well. read more

would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. completely unprofessional, the lady, I think her name is Debbie, she works in the front is just beyond rude. I got a quote for a custom item, I put a deposit down and was told it was going to take a few weeks but it ended up taking almost 3x longer than told. when I went to pay the rest I was hit with a price increase that no one notified me about. i approved a design which the embroidery tech ended up changing because he felt what I picked wasn't going to look nice. no call to ask me or let me know about and if the changes. im not the only one who had had bad experiences, I've talked to a few others who have used them before and have had similar experiences. I had a lady say she ordered some items for a gift and was quoted one price but it ended up being $200 more. Most everyone I talk to who have used this place all have said the lady in the front is clearly an unhappy and is just flat out rude! it's amazing that she's still there knowing others have complained about the same lady to the owners. read more

I would give zero stars if I could! The customer service and communication between employees at this business is horrific. On top of having very tough business hours for working parents, it has taken almost a week between myself, our team manager and the store to figure out where my sons jerseys were which were ordered weeks ago. The wasted time being told they weren't there, someone had signed for them, figure out with the team mom what she did with them, etc all while the store HAD the items is bad enough. The attitude and lack of ability to simply apologize for their error and miscommunication between the staff is what is truly unacceptable. Sadly we have no choice but to use them as our soccer club has a contract here, but if you have a choice, I would go elsewhere! read more

She just leaned over backwards and sat there talking. She only wanted large orders to print, wouldn't help me with an individual baseball jersey nor would she help recommend someone who might help print one jersey for a little boys birthday gift. I went in late August to order a hat and a polo for work which came out to $67 dollars. I was told my order would be ready for pick up in about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called in to check on my order and I was told that they had no record of my order. So now I am out $67 and they are not returning my emails. I can't say I am impressed with the service and follow up with Promote Me. They told me that they would make my deadline and they did, but it could have been done sooner if they would have done what they said they were going to do throughout the process. You can tell that they bite off more then they can chew... My logos on my shirts were not all straight which means they rushed the job, I am not happy from the beginning to end, sorry to say, they seem like nice people. read more
