This local business goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! They are reasonable and fair.

scheduling our initial appointment we requested one time service, we clarified this with the online form, the person who scheduled over the phone, as well as the technician when he arrived. At the initial visit we paid at time of service. Months later a different technician texted to let us know he was in the neighborhood and would come by to spray. I responded that we were not home, and would not need any services. When we arrived home the technician had left a form that he had been there and sprayed outdoors only since we were not home. Months later my husband received a phone call saying they were going to send me to collections for unpaid services!!! I personally never received a bill or even a phone call from this place, and I'm the one who scheduled and filled out the online form!! I contacted the company and they pretty much said "too bad" and sent me a copy of a form from the initial visit saying I agreed to it! When I reviewed the form (which I had never seen), I recognized that the signature, initials, and even written address was not in mine or my husband's handwriting, I'm assuming the technician must have signed it, or someone in the office. I again tried to contact the company informing them that the documents were not signed by either of us, with no assistance!! For the initial visit the technician was over 3 hours late. We had a text conversation with him showing where we actually told him never mind, because we were already disappointed with the professionalism, then all of the sudden he said he would be there in 5 minutes! When he arrived he said we had to remove everything out of cabinets and our children out of the home, which we were not prepared for. After the visit we still continued to have issues with the ants and cockroaches coming back and had Terminix come out. We never had any of these issues with Terminix at our previous homes, and will definitely be going back to them for services instead if needed. This company is not upfront with their process, and all of the staff has been extremely unprofessional. To the point of writing inappropriate notes on our statement they just sent. My spouse is a purple heart disabled veteran and on a fixed income, even when I offered to make arrangements to pay the "outstanding balance" in payments, (even though I don't feel we owe it), they just threatened collections and tacked on a fee. I'm still not sure how they can send me to collections when I didn't agree to receive the additional services!! read more

Absolutely horrible service! Do not use this company! They will try to lock you into a contract you didn't even sign! We never saw a contract and the signature doesn't match, yet they are trying to send us to collections for services we did not request. The technician sprayed outdoors only, after we told him we didn't need services and were not home. We only requested one time service, and that was clarified multiple times with everyone we spoke to! If you read the other reviews it seems like this is a trend with this company. The office staff is extremely unprofessional, and when the sent us the copy of the form we supposedly signed, the signatures and hand writing didn't even match mine or my wife's. The worst part is the services didn't even correct the pest problem, we had to have another company come out!!! Do not use! Not veteran friendly! Military families beware! Mr. Gatlin could not be ruder or more incompetent if he tried. Today he told me that a termite bond was purchased by my family a year before we owned a home. Mr. Gatlin does not care if you have documentation proving your point. He CANNOT listen to women- TALKING LOUDER DOESN'T HELP MR. GATLIN HEAR BETTER. Mr. Gatlin has no manners or civility, so I would avoid doing business with him at all costs. If you are a woman - Mr. Gatlin ain't got time for that! Don't waste your money or your time with his services. Apparently he has offended elderly women by over charging them for services that were not needed (she was 90+), and he parked in her yard on the grass at night in the country without telling anyone to expect him. I was a customer for 7 years. They always called with less than 24 hours notice. We did sign a contract 7 years ago that did said it automatically renewed annually (forever apparently) and that 30 days written notice was required to terminate. We informed the technician we were moving in 2 months but not in writing. We received a bill for early termination. After 7 years this is how they treat customers. I will not be using them when I return to the area. read more

While our monthly pest control & gentleman that sprays our home has worked well, we've had consistent issues with customer service from this company from day 1. My husband and I were uncomfortable signing a contract for a year for service when he is in the army and moving is always a possibility. We still wanted monthly service and it took several phone calls back and forth for them to drop the contract issue. The next problem we had was them servicing the outside of our home without our knowledge or consent during the time frame when we were sorting out the contract/no contract debacle. Fast forward to today, we are selling our home and need a termite letter. I was told since we were existing customers it would be free. However when I was contacted to set it up I was told it was going to be $100 (which is twice as much as what other companies charge). When I asked why the fee let alone double the fee I was given extreme attitude. I called the main office to just cancel our service completely. The receptionist told me I had to pay a cancelation fee. I reminded her that we didn't have a contract and this was an issue from the get go. She puts me on hold, comes back and says you're canceled and hangs up as I was in the middle of responding. I call back, a different receptionist answers. I tell her I was just hung up on and her response "I don't know what you want me to do about it" . Seriously some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
