Have been looking for a while to purchase a new boat. Looked at many different brands and attended many boat shows. Currently we live in Miami but want to do our boating on the West Coast of Florida. This decision also made our decision to look for a dealer in that area. I have had experience with another dealer in Fort Meyers but did not want to deal with them again. So, when I found that BLMG was in Punta Gorda I was anxious to see what they had to offer. The staff was very friendly and answered the majority of my questions. When we visited there were 3 different models of boats available to see and they were explained to us very well. We focused on the new Finseeker 230CC by Crownline and absolutely loved the boat. After talking about the different pricing possibilities and not thinking the deal would happen, we received a call, and they were able to make our dreams come true. The deal was good and the process was smooth. The delivery of the boat was pretty seamless and the sea trial was good as well. After our first outing on the boat we of course found some issues which always happens with a new boat. Talking to Mike and Tyler they said they will get to work right away on them and get the boat turned around as fast as they can. The service so far has been great so lets see how it goes...We did want a local dealer for this reason, good service department to keep the boat running good! Brought my boat here on May 29th, 2015 for service, as they are an authorized Mercury Marine dealer. Picked up the boat a few days later. Couldn't find the reason why the alarm went off. Boat ran fine during sea trials. Took the boat out early this week and the alarm went off again. Back to Gator Creek to speak to the owners on June 25 to discuss the next course of action. They are very easy to deal with. Now to find out what the problem is. They are aslo going to work on what was billed last time. So my stalker need not worry why I was there. read more

I don't recommend this marine service. I scheduled an appointment in person for a 100 hour service and watched the service manager put me on the calendar 2 weeks away. When I went in the day before my appointment to see where I should park my trailer I was told that I wasn't on the schedule...no apology or offer to get me in as says they could...not friendly and unprofessional. read more

I bought a pathfinder in excellent condition, no scratches, chips, dings etc it was immaculate. I take the boat the day after I buy the boat to Gator Creek Marina to get the power poles serviced, and a trolling motor installed in the front. When going to pick up the boat my wife and I notice a huge crack/ding in the bow near the gas cap. I walk the owner and his only worker at the time to my boat and asked nicely, about the ding. And as I expected they tell me "oh no it was already there, it's been repaired before sticking his knife in it showing me some "putty". The ding is obviously from someone hitting the 12 volt batteries they were installing in the front. I don't expect them to fix the issue, I just want anyone and everyone to know. Beware, the guys are good guys but not stand up honest people. After this issue I still gave them my business, paid to them cash for a couple new 8' blades and they jacked me around for a week of me calling and asking where the heck were my poles, was told I would have them next day. Many other people had the poles at a better price 50-100 cheaper and installed same day, but I still went to gator creek to give them business. Good guys, but they're terrible at running a business. Don't recommend. Harbor auto sales where I bought the boat says they're backing me in court, backing me on how mint condition the boat WAS. If you take your boat there take 1000 pictures of every inch before leaving it so you have substantial proof. read more

I'm new to PG and boating. I live on Alligator Creek 10 min by boat to this marina. Called about 10 min out to get some help at the dock. I asked for some docking guidance to fill my 100 gallon tank. The guy that answered the phone blew me off and said they sell gas but but don't have time to guide me in and to call when docked and he'll send the boy down.....
