Food was ok, not much flavor, we had blackened mahi and blackened cobia, very dry. our server was on top of refills and provided good service. The place is really bright and was very empty during our visit b

TATER TOTS, 10 WINGS BONELESS (Mango Habanero & Lemon Pepper)

Came the other night during Bengals vs Chiefs, and left with a filled appetite and an enjoyable experience! My party and I were seated quickly and we had an AMAZING and kind server named Kylee who went above and beyond to make sure we were alright - from getting us extra waters, checking on us to make sure we were enjoying our food, to even telling us about her day. She treated us as if we were family, and it was so comforting and added to the energy that was radiating during the game. I ordered the ten piece boneless wings with tater tots on the side, half mango habanero & half lemon pepper. They're good cubed sizes, and while I thought that the lemon pepper had a bit more rub and were a bit hard to chew through, the mango habanero wings were moist, had a great kick of spice, and were just tasty all around! While we didn't take part in any drinks this time around, next time for sure I'll take advantage of their drinks menu. We definitely plan on visiting this fun sports bar again, as I'll definitely come back for the mysterious yet enchanting mango habanero.

Boneless Chicken Wings at Gator's Dockside of Gainesville Florida (suace on side)

Eased into Monday with some strawberry margaritas at Gator's Dockside and .75 cent wings. They have tons of variety on the menu with a neighborhood feel all within one location. The TVs are BIG, plenty of spread seating, a fully stocked bar that is also BIG. Overall this place always feels open and BIG, and it has a fully stocked bar. Let me start with, they have pretty much an open selection on bar drinks and beer, so we took advantage of the BOGO drink specials. Our waiter recommended the flavored margaritas, so we kept it simple, went the fruity choice. For dinner, I took advantage of the MONDAY SPECIAL: $0.75 Wings and Boneless Wings; a wide variety of sauces for dipping too. Partner had the Fried Shrimp platter and definitely had a substantial portion of hand-breaded shrimp and sides. The service is minimal and easy-going, our waiter was so nice and courteous... easy spot for a quiet weekday.

The atmosphere is just the best and I always have a good time! Seating is first come, first serve or seat yourself situation. So if there is a big game, you should get there a couple hours early to ensure you get a seat. Otherwise you will be wondering the restaurant trying to pounce on an open seat the second you see one. We actually arrived 2.5 hours before the game even started and almost all the seats were taken already. While this can be a little chaotic, it really adds to the experience of eating here on a game day! It was absolutely PACKED for the national championship, people were even bringing chairs from home to sit outside. We ended up sitting at a small outdoor bar. Our bartender or server, Maddie, was excellent. She made sure we were satisfied the whole time and did a great job checking in on us. She was also super friendly and great to talk to! Considering how busy it was, the food didn't take too long to come out. When it is super busy, you can order food at the bar (inside or outside one) and don't need to have a table to receive service. The staff did a great job keeping up with everything and making sure things were running as efficiently as possible. For the food, the five of us started with an order of mozzarella sticks and their famous buffalo chicken dip. The mozzarella sticks are a new menu item and feature golden-fried mozzarella sticks, crunchy on the outside and gooey on the inside, served with ranch marinara. These were really, really good, with a nice cheese pull and the perfect amount of breading. I was quite surprised with how tasty these were! The Buffalo chicken dip consists of pulled chicken mixed with buffalo wing sauce, melted cheddar, pepper jack, and cream cheese, finished with ranch and an extra kick of hot sauce, served with tortilla chips, celery, and carrots. This was AMAZING and a perfect starter for the table to share. Served in a cast iron skillet, the portion is huge and the dip is super flavorful and creamy. There weren't enough chips served with the dip for all of us, but our server was happy to give us a complimentary tray of chips. I can easily see why this is a favorite and I will definitely be ordering this next time I come here! I also got a side Caesar salad and thought that was great as well. It was a nice portion, with fresh romaine, shredded Parmesan cheese, croutons, and capers. We ordered our entrees around kickoff, I ended up getting the Founder's Club Sandwich. The Founder's Club included a grilled chicken breast topped crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, served on toasted sourdough bread, with a side of swamp sauce. All the entrees come with fries, unless you want to upgrade to another side or request not to have them. I really enjoyed this sandwich. The chicken had a nice char to it and was surprisingly juicy. I appreciated the sourdough bread over a regular bun as well. The subtleness of the provolone cheese and the fresh tomato were great too! Overall, we had an awesome time watching the CFB national championship at The Swamp. The atmosphere and vibes are unmatched. Service was awesome and the workers there are so on top of things. Food hit the spot and the Buffalo chicken dip was our favorite. Can't wait to come back!!

The mashed potatoes on the side were also a highlight, and the gravy complemented them perfectly. We opted to sit inside due to the chill in the air, and while I'm not a huge fan of high tables, it wasn't a big deal. The noise level was reasonable during our visit, but I can imagine it might get louder on days when there are big sporting events on. Our server was friendly and efficient, and we didn't have any issues with the service. All in all, I'd say Miller's is a solid choice for a meal, and I'd be happy to go back.

I didn't know seafood could taste like a garage floor, but here we are. But then the wings showed up and suddenly the kitchen has a PhD in flavor? Elite crunch, actually seasoned, total 180. The drinks were hitting heavy and the server, Dave, was a straight-up legend who saved the night from being a total disaster. Bottom line: Come for the drinks, stay for the wings, but if you order that shrimp, you're basically signing up for a specialized form of torture. Fix the oil and this place is a silver mine, yes not gold, silver. Until then? Order carefully.
