I will preface this with the reason I am giving Parker Performance a 1 star is not because of the…read morework they completed, but the damage to my car that was done while in their possession. My calipers were removed, powder coated and reinstalled. During this process, my car was scratched deeply enough to see bare material exposed. My car is immaculate, there were no scratches on the spoiler when I dropped the car off. When I picked the car up after the work was done, it was late in the day and a full walk around was not done by myself or the tech. I was detailing the car the following day and I discovered the scratch on the top off the rear spoiler. I called the shop immediately but as it was after hours I was told someone would contact me the next day. I received an email from Josh Parker which stated "I can assure you we didn't so much as touch the spoiler on your vehicle. We had the vehicle underneath a car cover the entire time it was here. And we even went and washed the dust off the car as a courtesy before delivering to you, as well. We'd be happy to take a stab at paint correcting it for you if you'd like. Just let us know when you can bring it by for an hour or so and we'll get the polisher loaded up for you!. After receiving this response I called Josh Parker hoping to have a productive conversation about my concerns. Upon trying to start the conversation with Josh Parker, I was told that this was retarded. I was flabbergasted, my response was are you calling me retarded? (extremely offensive term regardless) Joshs' response was that the whole situation to him was retarded and he was sure they did not damage the car and if I wanted I could bring it to them and they would do a paint correction and charge me for it. I tried to interject that Parker should take responsibility for the damage it was most likely a wrench dropped on the spoiler or when it was taken to the car wash, the pressure wand hit the car. This set Josh Parker off, he proceeded to call me a F ing KAREN. Should you take your car there, I HIGHLY recommend you do a complete walk through before and afterwards as this business will NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for their actions.
