One Mission Dog Training trained Honey to do many great things, like have patience, her service dog task, and her obedience, which is why I'm disappointed as to why they didn't answer when I asked why and if Honey could pick up another task/other obedience.

Then I questioned am I not allowed to return and she said I don't know you'll have to call the office. I just don't get a very friendly feeling when I'm there. You are not allowed to walk between the rooms and look at the cats and they really spend a good amount of time with them. One lady that is really nice. I can't remember her name, but she sort of really tall and has short, brown hair. Not a place that makes you feel welcome. That is very sad because it might affect the cats being adopted, there were a few that I was interested in there, but I probably won't return and I will look elsewhere because of the unwelcoming feeling and the unfriendliness of the lady with the short gray hair. She is not that nice. I don't know why she is in that business.

I agree with many of the other reviews in regard to the manager being very rude. This is made…read moreevident if you scroll through the poor reviews and read her response. I wanted to love this place as my partner and I had heard good reviews. We called prior to coming in and the person on the phone was unsure of what dogs were at the shelter currently (as many of the dogs online were actively being adopted) and couldn't answer many of our questions. Upon arriving to the shelter we felt as though the staff was super friendly, (except for the manager) but still did not know much about the dogs, even getting the names wrong of the dogs we were looking at. When we decided to move forward with adopting the paperwork took upwards of an hour and a half while I waited in the car with our other dog whom had to come meet our future new family member (which we informed them would be an issue over the phone since she is also a rescue and has separation anxiety.) The overall way this shelter is run appears rather unorganized, although we are thrilled to have a new member of our family, I do hope the manager/business owner takes some time to reflect, as well as accountability on the image they're putting out there of themselves instead of just attacking people in the comments for their negative reviews.
