If you want your classic audio system repaired by a pro, Fred is the way to go. He and Jimmy will take good care of it. Jimmy will also call you or send you a text with an update, if need be.
Fred is a friendly guy and has a sense of humor. If you don't have a sense of humor you probably won't get his. Please make yourself aware of their hours -for- customer appointments.
Keeping it simple: they are busy because they know what they are doing.
I saw first hand the inventory of stereo units that are being repaired and on deck for repair.
I am a business owner myself, the customer is so important, but it is important that the customer trust the business owner they are hiring.
