Thank you for your response. I truly sympathize with anyone dealing with health challenges, which is why I have been patient for nearly a year. However, on May 15, 2026, you personally texted me stating that you would return my TV within 1-2 weeks and that you intended to make things right. I am posting that message so others can see the timeline for themselves. As of today, more than three weeks after that text and nearly 12 months after you took possession of my TV, I still do not have my TV back and my recent text messages have gone unanswered. You stated in your response that customers would be getting their TVs back soon and that you do not keep customers' TVs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Despite multiple promises over the past several months, my TV remains in your possession. What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer: my 85" Sony TV has been gone for nearly 12 months, I have paid nearly $500, I still do not have my TV back, and I am currently receiving no responses to my messages. Horrible experience. Would give 1 star but 2 is harder to dispute and I need everyone to know what to expect. I called because my tv had not been working for a couple of weeks and after buying a new board it would still not work. Called in and they took it in because it would need a new screen and he said he would replace it and should be getting it in a week or two.... Well that turned into 3-4 months. Fast forward I got fed up, he said he could get me a newer refurbished tv model since they have been unable to get the screen replacement. The replacement tv was not on comparable to the one I owned. $600 tv vs a $300 tv. At this point I didn't care, I needed a tv and was without one for so long. Fast forward to tonight. Yesterday I scheduled an in person consultation for my 80" Sharp Aquos TV. I was given a 2 hour window for today from 10:00am - 12:00pm and told what the cost would be for the visit. Today I waited at home until the window was over without ever receiving a call or message to say they were running late or anything. Beware of Jeovanny Collazo! I dropped off my home theater receiver on 9/30/19 it is now 2/1/20 four month later. In that time he hasn't call me once so I contacted him. He said repeatedly he could work on it ASAP and call me in a week but I never get a call back? He is not a man of his word instead he'll tell you what he thinks you want to hear. "Yeah I can fix this...I'll call you tomorrow/week. So I text him, if you can't do the repair no big deal just let me know and I'll pick up my receiver. Got a text back with slag and gibberish. This guy is legit. Our TV had complications from the salty air which ended up short-circuiting the power supply. Our television basically exploded. The Television Doctor came to our place that night with help picked up our TV (which weighs about 75 lbs), found the cheapest way to fix the problem, went above and beyond by taking steps to ensure the problem won't occur again in the future and delivered and re-setup the TV in our living room. He's called a doctor for a reason! My 50'' Plasma TV's HDMI ports went out. I was surviving on one, after the other stopped working for whatever reason, and then my only good one crapped out. Giovanni was a great choice to fix my TV. I called him based on reviews on Yelp. Unfortunately, no one answered and I did not leave a message. Within 10 minutes, he called me back and asked if I needed help with a TV repair. I told him the symptoms of what was happening and he said he could help. He came to my house and picked up my TV, for a charge. The pick up charge was equal to what other shops charge and he applied that to the final cost of the bill. He kept in contact with me, updating the progress and giving me the repair quote within 24 hours. The repair needed another part that he did not have on hand and, again, he let me know the approximate time it would take to get the part and have the TV fixed. Yesterday, 11/5/2107, I emailed Giovanni about needing to replace my tv cables as my dog chewed up both of them. Giovanni promptly responded within an hour and scheduled to come to my house to pick up both TVs. He picked up both tv the next day around 11am, then said he would call me when finished. He was literally done within 8 hours. He called me back to deliver the tv and to my surprise not only were the cables fixed, but the TVs looked brand new and seems to function a lot better.
