Called this company for repairs on my garage door. We called to give feedback to a manager on their less than impressive customer service, and continually were forwarded to the technician. I wouldn't use their service again.

The curb is very very uneven in width and straightness, it looks really bad. Also when doing the concrete sidewalk they were very careless around the shrubs. A lot of damage that could have been avoided with even a little bit of care.

I do not want to leave this:( UPDATE: Several weeks after this review was posted, the owner made contact. He reiterated a family emergency but did not propose a solution. His response was a demand to take the review down, accompanied by threats of legal action (a lawsuit and restraining order). This review is a factual account of events. I will update it if the service issues are finally resolved.

Install consisted of no-shows gallore, then showing for an hour here, gone for a day, an hour there, gone for more days, and entire project was drug out multiples longer then promised. Now, 9mnths after it all, with all these warranties..... We have a furnace that won't heat, Kevin not honoring anything, not showing, not responding. We've had to go to the furnace supplier who says Kevin even ghosts them on the regular. And having to pay tons of money to other LEGIT HVAC shops to fix what Kevin did wrong. Worst experience ever.
