About 15 years ago using the yellow pages from a phone book I found Eagle Garage Door and had them replace a broken spring on my townhouse garage door. Great service! They had slapped up a sticker next to the opener button with their name and phone #. Come September 2019 all of a sudden my cheap flimsy door is loud, buckling and jumping around, very scary. Well I get their their number off the sticker hoping that they are still in business and to my relief when I call the phone is answered on the 4th ring. After explaining my problem I was told that (forgot name) would maybe be able to fit me in between a job that he was finishing up on and if not today definitely tomorrow. I thought great. About 10 minutes later I get a call from (forgotten name) and he said he could be at my location in about 20 minutes. Sure enough in about 20 minutes I hear this beeping sound as of coming from a large truck, so I look out and see this big truck with a painted decal of Eagle Door hauling behind a huge trailer full of supplies. Not only are they still in business its bigger and better. They are prompt, organized and very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was and replaced two worn parts that they had along with them. Lightening Strikes - Our garage door opener gave up after a thunderstorm. We contacted our agent and he put in the claim. The well pump and the opener were the first concerns. Right after contacting the Well Company we then called our local garage door Company. Eagle Garage Door Company they have been a godsend. We have called them many times for my perceived emergency's, in the past, and they have always come to the rescue. From replacing my fathers garage door, to redesigning my garage, [I needed a larger door than the standard, for our horse trailer.] When I called this time, they were out on other service calls, but said that they would try to to stop in late that same day. Thankfully, they came to check it out, after dark. They told me that the opener circuit board was fried. I was then told that they would be in contact with my insurance company and they installed a rope to open and close the door manually, till the parts could be found. I feel that the little extra that this Company has put out is not evident in my other emergency contacts. ie lawn services. As an added note, the whole opener had to be replaced, and he serviced our other door when the parts came. read more

My garage door opener was not working properly so I called Eagle Garage Door Repair late on a Friday. I was asked if it was an emergency and I told them no and said I could wait until the following week. I was told someone would call me Monday and be out to my house. The technician arrived and checked out my door and the opener. I was told what the problem was and that part could be replaced or I could install a new opener. After discussing the situation with the technician I decided on a new opener. I was not pressured into buying an opener, but decided I did not need to be sticking new parts in and old opener. During the winter our garage door cable failed due to weather related issues. We contacted Eagle Garage Door to get the issue fixed that night. They were honest that the price would be 3x as much and suggested an early morning fix instead.
