She brought multiple people into my sessions without my consent or any kind of warning. During my first session, she had someone else there and never mentioned it beforehand. Then, in the next session, after I opened up about my background, she decided the best thing to do was bring in three more people and even laughed while calling me crazy. It was unprofessional, unethical, and completely disrespectful. Protect your privacy and your peace stay far away.

Jamie Kopp is by far the worst counselor. She is unprofessional, insensitive, answers text messages…read moreduring sessions, forgets your name. She knows little about the field uses what you confide in her against you, makes you read from bland, useless, old worksheets rather than ask you what you want to work on, uses her sessions (and charges you) to update her billing info and records. Nothing meaningful was accomplished. On top of all of that, she doesn't verify insurance and thinks its a courtesy to refund any money she owes the patient-- despite her being in clear violation of the insurance contract. Like I said, knows very little about the field and requirements. Poor communication skills. Save yourself and go elsewhere!

After he gave us the results of her testing, we did behavior management counseling with him and she went from having multiple daily meltdowns and tantrums to having one short meltdown in two weeks and being "first time complaint" 80 percent of the time...after just the first behavior consultation session! This was worth our time and money! My husband is a pediatrician...he will strongly recommend Dr Sisbarro to his patients who need help with academic and/or behavioral issues from now on. I can't say enough good things about our experiences in the office! Only down side is it can take a while to get in because he is always so busy, but they will find a way to get a family in quickly if it's an emergency

We are very satisfied with Dr Michael Sisbarro. He consulted with us about our third grade…read moregranddaughter's difficulty with reading. He did extensive testing and identified her issues and helped us understand how we could help her. He met with everyone at her school to design her iEP. He also helped us in finding an excellent reading tutor. In just six months she has gone from struggling at the 1st grade level to being on grade. In less than a half year in school, her iReady reading score leaped by 105 points which was more than double what would have been satisfactory over the full year. Her grades improved from C's in the second grade to straight A's. It was expensive since our insurance didn't cover our granddaughter, but it was worth every penny. We learned that if she hadn't gotten back to reading on grade by the end of this year, she may never have caught up. In third grade a child is finishing their "learning to read" phase and entering the "reading to learn" phase. Mandarin Reading Clinic and her teachers at Julington Creek Elementary were also instrumental in her dramatic improvement.

Dr Fritschle is treating my son in an inpatient program in California. I'm not sure now this is…read morelegal but tele-health makes all kinds of things possible. My son is diagnosed with schizophrenia, which she is not an expert in. The prior reviews about her schedule staying on time resonate with me. She is very in control of her schedule. Too in control to take care of her job. We discussed a well organized plan to switch his medication. He was on zyorexa and Deepa off. She said that if we were going to do that we had to get him off depacote as this is not compatible with caplyta. After six weeks of titrations down on the depacote she told him he can't have caplyta, which has been highly recommended for him by some other professionals I've engaged. Turns out caplyta is compatible with depacote (so she was just wrong and out my son though unnecessary stress taking him off of it) and he needs to be titrated off or zyorexa to take the caplyta. She told us she talked to the drug rep and he said it didn't work for schizophrenia. Not what he said. I was able to check. Titration off of zyprexa would require extra check ins with my son (see love of her schedule). I set up an appointment with my private consultant so she could learn what she didn't understand. She didn't show up after agreeing to make the call. My son is very disappointed. He wants to have better mental health without the side effects or zyprexa. Anyway, she's may be great in some cases but she's out of he depth, and is so focused on keeping her time under control she has failed to help as needed.

Dr. Fritschle gets 2 stars rather than 1 star because she always runs on time. You will be taken…read moreback at the time of your appointment. That is very, very rare. It can also be a bad thing though b/c if you need an extra 5 minutes with her, you aren't going to get it because she runs on schedule no matter what, even if she has to cut you off. I don't like that. I also gave a second star because the office employees are all extremely nice and friendly. They always made me feel very comfortable. I'd prefer to not get into the medications I take, so I'm not going to. Suffice to say, there's a particular medication I have been taking for over 15 years and it is not a medication which you can just stop taking cold turkey because it can cause a stroke if you do. This is a medication that Dr. Fritschle refused to prescribe to me any longer, and that was fine with me. I knew I would have to find another doctor. She and I even discussed this. No problem. She gave me one last prescription for the medication which would last one month with no refills; however, the quickest I could get an appointment with a new psychiatrist because I was a new patient was 5 weeks out. Dr. Fritschle refused to refill the prescription. She even refused to give me a prescription for it even for just a week until I could get in with the new doctor. I absolutely did not understand this because as a doctor, she knew this was a medication I could not stop taking cold turkey. In the end, I had to go to my internal medicine doctor and he gave me a prescription for the medication until I could get in with my new psychiatrist. I'm lucky to have such a wonderful internal medicine specialist who was able to get me in immediately. It was a hassle, a pain, and caused me a lot of undue stress. When she called me, she was actually quite rude about the whole issue while on the phone with me. That was unnecessary. One would think a psychiatrist would not want to cause their patient any stress. I feel she was not looking out for my best interests as her patient.
