We felt is was more…read moreadvantageous to pay Andrew's (reasonable) fees rather than to see how my insurance would be affected. While my tickets were basic speeding tickets, Andrew was more than effective in getting the tickets dismissed and my driving record cleared. I imagine his services are that much more valuable for more serious offenses. He fully represented me and I never had to travel to court. Communication was regular and friendly from either Andrew or his administrative team. He has a good rapport with area judges, which helps to determine how he will argue your case. He even gives a repeat customer discount (though I wish I didn't have knowledge of that...). Don't forget to do your homework and follow through with any driving school programs he recommends. If you don't, Dawn will remind you! Disclaimer: Just drive safely...hopefully you'll never need Andrew at all!

My son had a reckless driving ticket. He was clocked at 98 MPH. Talked to a couple of them but I knew, once we were in contact with Andrew and his staff, that he was the right attorney to work with. We were very fortunate to get his charges reduced. We felt like we were in great hands. He was honest, straightforward and on court day we could tell he was respected and liked by the court staff and sheriffs. My husband wishes we could give him 10 stars!

I was recently represented by Rex at thos law firm. I was not satisfied with his representation. I…read morewas in a rush to get a lawyer for a divorce. At the beginning, I told Rex that I wanted to protect my military retirement and my ex could have the house. He immediately said to me, why should she except that. He wanted me to offer her more. Every time I went to his office and spoke to him about something I wanted, he would counter with what I was going to do for my ex. I felt really uncomfortable with this guy and sought another legal team. Other teams were way out of my price range because of where we were in the case (10,000 down and monthly payments). I was stuck. A year in to this, Rex brought me into the office to sign an agreement. I told him I did not want to pay her lawyer any money (15,000). He convinced me that if I did not agree, then we would have to go to court and I would lose because it was something I said I would do earlier in the negotiations. But that was based on me keeping my military retirement. He also told me that it would cost me a lot more money. So I signed the agreement. He had a notary standing by and had her notarized the document really fast. I left his office angry and I felt betrayed. I was then sent an email that saved my ex did not agree to the terms. So I responded back "f" it. Then let a judge decide who gets what. A day or so later, I can not remember, I received another email saying she agreed to the terms. I reminded him about the email I sent him. By this time I refused to talk to this guy. The next time I saw him was in court. I would not talk to him and I did not shake his hand when he reached out. I did not know we were in court to argue me paying the 15k to her lawyer. My fault I guess because I did not was to talk to this guy any more. That 5 min argument between counsel cost me an additional 1600 dollars. So I had to pay that, gave up my house, half my military retirement, half my current pension, have my 457 retirement, and received nothing in return. I felt like he just wanted to get the case over and not there to give me good advice. I am not saying this is not a good law firm. I do not know. In fact, they have been in business for a while, which tells me they are probably a very good law firm. Rex is also probably a very good lawyer. I just do not feel he gave me his best foot forward representing me.

Best Law Firm in the Area. Very competent and knowledgeable staff of attorneys and para-legals.read more
