She is, in short, completely incompetent and her response to being overwhelmed by her job is to ignore her client. She gave me terrible advice from the beginning, mishandled the actual trial, was hoodwinked by opposing counsel either for lack of attention or incompetence or both. I finally had to make demands of her superiors to get a basic response when the court lost my divorce and no one knew what the judge's final decision was. The question was about filling out the form correctly and not have to pay $395 for a consultation if I made a mistake on a form. Apparently, email questions answered by assistants cost them too much time and money. I mailed a copy of the ridiculous email I received to the lawyer, thinking surely this was a very bad employee, not reflecting the true response of the lawyer herself. But no answer. I had spoken with the lawyer previously when she was new, and she said to call her any time, I guess money changes everything. Now there is no true concern for women who need a lawyer, unless you have endless finances. Heartless. There is no trust here. Run as fast as you can!
