After posting my initial review, Gary has since reached out to me an apologized for how he handled the sensitive information snafu and assured me that he takes personal information seriously. We discovered that it was an honest mistake that he sent information unencrypted. In fact, his business is set up for secure communication and his communication to me happened to slip by based on a reasonable failure to understand the limitations of the security software he already had in place. He has used this incident as an opportunity to understand these limitations.
