Reid, my personal trainer, has been there every step of the way. They push me to get stronger, but also know when I need to slow down or take a step back to recover. It really is a great place to get a great workout in. I love all the trainers, (Chris, Sarah, and Reid) they are all so motivational, supporting, knowledgeable, and just fun people. The class size wasn't too big or small, and we all supported each other. I loved going to the evening classes and early Saturday morning. In my short period at Motiv8 I lost 1.8lbs, but more importantly I LOST 1.2% OF BODY FAT! That is a great feeling, also that I can now do 15 pushups before burning out - when I started I could only do 10! When the new year hits, I'll be joining! You should come join with me!
