I agreed and after a couple months I went to cancel my membership and the person at the front desk tells me that I have to stay for a minimum one year under the basic membership which was not explained to me when I made the switch. I had to pay nearly $100 to pay the remaining months, and to cancel. These gyms are so sneaky and will try to squeeze every penny out of you. Also reasons some of these reviews the exact same scenario is being described by others so it's definitely not an accident they "forget" to tell you about the 1 year requirement.

Even better than Lifetime Fitness. The level of support, accessibility, cleanliness, equipment, hours of operation, atmosphere and environment (I could go on and on) is extremely superb. I have lost over 100 lbs in the past year and I definitely attribute that to this gym and its facilities. I recommend to everyone I know, I've added my own family members and plan to add more when they move here, and I am so pleased with Matt and his team of trainers. Matt's professionalism yet welcoming manner really sets the tone for the whole gym. I was always looking for a gym where I didn't feel like I'm being watched, or waiting forever for machines, and a place that was NOT intimidating. This gym has all that and way more. The best thing about this gym is that everyone here is so nice and supportive. It doesn't matter if you're lifting 10 lbs or 800 lbs. No one cares. Music is playing and everyone is there to work out and lend a hand to anyone. The owner is a former pro lifter and is also incredibly helpful and nice. It's also super quick and easy to sign up and they offer 24-hour access which I love.

I love the benchmark testing every three months which highlights for the athletes' improvements as well as ongoing opportunities to get better.
