After asking a reasonable question I got the passive aggressive chuckle and condescending tone which said nothing more than, "Look, y'all. I got an idiot on the phone." Needless to say, not everyone from the floor staff attended the most recent customer service training session back in 1978. I was on hold for 13 minutes before someone finally picked up and said "hi yes we have located all of your items. They are all here. None of them have been scanned in yet though" to which I inquired, what "items" since I only had ONE item.
