I stopped by T&J Car Audio to ask about scheduling and was surprised that they could get me in the same day. As I suspected, it turned into a real job even for them due to the way the battery compartment is isolated and the fact that the new Bose systems have so many quirks. It ended up consuming the rest of their day but it's exactly as I wanted and at a price that made me feel guilty. I've already lined up another vehicle for them to do. Don't get any mobile electronics done without checking here first.

I strongly recommend that anyone renting through this location carefully review every charge, take photos of mileage and fuel levels before and after rental, and request detailed documentation upfront. Customers deserve fairness and transparency -- not surprise charges and inflated costs. Unfortunately, this experience damaged my trust in doing business with this location again. Bad experience. Had 2 cars installed with alarms. One of them had problems with the electrical…read moresystem running down over the past 2 years. even when the alarm was disconnected from the battery, it still ran down the battery, because the alarm is also connected to other electrical systems in the car. I finally decided to have my mechanic remove the alarm, because I had to replace 3 batteries over these 2 years. No problem. I chalked it up to bad alarm. But when the mechanic was removing the alarm, he removed a 3 inch drywall screw holding in one of the modules under the driver's side dash, and was squired in the face with coolant-the installer had punctured the heater reservoir behind the console. I needed to spend $954 getting the heater core assembly replaced. The owners of the alarm company would not reimburse me for their error. I was disappointed with the way they handled the situation, denying any wrong-doing. Pretty much accused me of trying to scam them for the money.

Had tint replaced on 2 of my windows in my JEEP. I wanted it matched to what was already there. I…read morehave to say I am extremely disappointed. What was on the windows was a blue hue. Now 2 of my windows are grey. I was told they do match tint%, and from the outside you can't tell. But I don't want blue and grey windows. If there is no way to replace with blue tint, why was I not consulted to see if I wanted to proceed. I understand the dealership I went through gave instructions to change out the window tint, but it's my car. Why was it ok to do this? I guarantee none of the employees would be ok with different colored tint on their windows. When I asked why they thought it was ok to roll my car out like that, I was informed it's not their job or responsibility to check all the windows. Good thing the dealership paid for my new "window cling" because I wouldn't have and will be going to another place to have it removed and all my windows done to match. I will not take my car back here. Overall I find my experience to be sub-par and unacceptable done with incompetence.
