When the check engine light flashed on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited (3.2L V6) one hour into my 4 hour trip to Canton, OH for a funeral on a Monday morning I asked Siri for help in finding a dealership. Siri said Fredonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep was 6 miles to the west but it only has 3.1 stars... "Do you want this one?".... Without options, I said YES and showed up unannounced. I was greeted by the kindest, most professional, and extremely empathetic Service Advisor, Jason. More than most, I have a great appreciation for the service industry. I never feel/act entitled which may contribute to continued luck here. Jason finished what he was doing to quickly plug the vehicle into the diagnostic system; found the problem; checked for parts and indicated they would get me in/on my way in a few hours. Blowing out a fuel injector one hour into an already stressful trip could have been disastrous if not for JASON, the kindest, most accommodating Service Advisor at Fredonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep! Changing a bad average star review one customer at a time! FIVE STARS Fredonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep!

He even gave a great recommendation for transport and we got the vehicle in just 2 days, across the whole country! (I'm sure transport varies depending on availability). I've dealt with a lot of sales reps in my time, and Steven is one of the most professional. We were waitlisted for a rav4 Prime since March 2022 and he called us in July 2022 when one arrived. Kelly, the finance manager, is also very helpful in handling all the docs. Not as easy since we live several states over. I definitely recommend Luv Toyota, you won't encounter slimy sales tactics like other dealerships out there.

I kept being turned away and was told that it would be at least 4 days for anyone to look at the car and most places wanted me to be prepared to leave it with them for a couple days until they could get to it. I called Superior and was so lucky to reach Joe. He explained that they're really busy but asked me to come right away so he could go for a quick ride with me to hear the sound. We went around the block, Joe took a quick look under the car, and immediately knew what was causing the sound. He grabbed a tool and laid down in the parking lot to tighten up a part of the car that had worked loose and was catching on the tire. He had my problem diagnosed and fixed days before anyone else was even willing to look at it. I honestly was in tears because I was so grateful after such a long drive and stressful move. We will continue to go see Joe and his crew any time we need to have work done on our vehicles. He's the absolute best and such a kind man. This garage deserves your business!
