After doing a thorough evaluation, he said I do not need new gutters, rather a "tune-up" would suffice. So here I am, ready to shell out a much a larger sum of money and he talks me out of it! WHO does that? So I book the job and when the crew arrives ( Andrew, Thomas, and Paul ) they immediately go to work after I pointed out some items of concern. If you are looking for an honest contractor offering a fair price, look no more! It's unusual to find an owner of a small company that still gets out and loves what he does. Ron was there from the first phone call for an estimate, to an in-person estimate, and then his personal hands-on installation work. Ron is a consummate skilled craftsman at his trade who was coaching a new assistant during our installation. He is a patient professional who visited our home several times to answer questions and refine the estimate as our thinking changed. When Ron comes and provides with you a quote the first thing you'll notice is his expertise, professionalism, and friendly manner. He will walk with you and ask your needs and wants. He'll give you his professional opinion and let you decide what works best for you. His pricing was reasonable and fair. Although Ron did not push it, I added the stainless screens on top of most gutter runs because we have lots of leaves from a Long Beach City tree and needles from our row of tall junipers. Ron is typically booked out a couple months but worth the wait. As others have said, he is busy for a reason--his service is a great value for you and your house. I strongly recommend him. Pricing - Very transparent and prices very fair. Free quote. 2 floor home with 3 downspouts about $2.5k total. 10% down before job and full payment upon completion. Quote and breakdown of prices are communicated via email with clear description of prices. Customer Service - From estimate to actual installation they are very professional and listen to my concerns and provide their recommendation. They have plenty of choices and colors to match our outer wall and trim. Installation - The installation took about 4-5 hours total. Adequate number of crew. Have good safety practices. Made sure that the downspouts are pointed away and flow away from my house. No trash left over or did not use my garbage cans. Final thought - Include them when doing your estimate. The assessor/estimator Chasen was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We asked for both a quote for repairs and replacement. We ended up going for the full replacement. The team that came to remove the old gutters (led by Miguel) did a great job and even cleaned up spotlessly. They were professional and treated our property as if it were their own. Day of installation he showed up on time, and was in and out with speed, efficiency and quality work. Cannot recommend him and his business enough. From start to finish, on time, incredibly thorough and as someone who used to work in the trades - I can say everything is done with the utmost quality and care.
