Antonio and his crew were hired to replace the gutters and downspouts of our property, and I regret doing business with them. The only reason I am writing this review is to help prevent anyone from paying for sloppy work, incompetence, and lack of common sense. I needed to go after them each step of the process, and communication with his workers was very difficult because he was never there and they don't speak English. We needed to repeat ourselves several times about every point and we were not satisfied with their work what so ever, we made list and review the project repeatedly. After Antonio called saying the job was finished and asked for his final payment, we walked the property one more time and marked the corrections needed to be done. He came and spent one full day with his crew just fixing the things he thought were completed. Ridiculous!!! I have much more facts to share for this review, but this is enough to get the picture. If I had read a review like this, I would have never spent my money for a job with such a poor quality.

Antonio and his partner came through and installed only half of the intended gutter we spoke about and when I asked them about it, they pushed back saying it wasn't needed. I trusted them on that and waited till the next time it rained to see if it did the trick. It did not. The gutter they installed is only draining about 20% of the water. I've let Antonio know of the needed fix and he's scheduled and flaked on me twice! Do not do business with these folks, they'll take your money and run!

California. Israel came to access the project. He quickly gave me a quote. He honestly told me how it could be cheaper to fix the problem if I work with a handyman. Granted that his company specializes in the gutter work, I'd rather pay up a little to get the problem fixed properly. Since I have a sail shade next to the gutter, the hardware creates some friction to the old gutter. Israel nicely put in a metal patch, protecting the new gutter. After they installed the downspout, they even do a touch up paint to the exterior wall so things look perfect. I can tell even my project is considered a small project to them, they took their time and installed the gutter professionally and paid attention to small details. I admire that type of professionalism. If I have other gutters that need to be replaced in the future, I will sure reach out to A Plus Gutter Systems.
