From out of town. Stopped by to smell the cigars and buy a couple. So i walked in and asked if i could put my bag with water and chips next to his counter he told me pismo is very friendly and no one will take my bag. So i put my bag outside of door and went into cigar room. After browsing and looking in vain for another california flavor casualty i asked the tall white guy if he had any more kuba kuba he said with a sincere sniker that they dont have them any longer. So i said oh man what is this sh#€t with california and banning our flavored tabaco. He looked like he was very offended by me being uoset with california. So then i kept browsing then i noticed he was eyeballing me. I asked if why (like why oh why did you have the kuba kuba bix starring at me??) Tounge in cheek i asked. He then looked at my pockets again so i walked up to him cause i was very uncomfortable and took everything out of my pockets as he seemed very suspicious. He then rolled his eyes after seeing i did not take nothing and said now you need to leave, leave my store. He said after his very strange behavior that he didnt have time for my weirdness?? "My weirdness" guys an a hole and hes got something going on be carefull when going in there. I really thought once he seen he was wrong for making me feel like a thief he would apologise and could have made a few bucks. Ill make sure and post this review everywhere. read more

I was enjoying my vacation this week when I lost my debit card. Within 10 minutes a man used my card 3 times within this shop. Once confronting the employee and owner/manager over these purchases they gave no response when asks why they didn't check for identification. I'm pretty sure they should have asked for an Id to confirm the age of a person and two ask for an id to purchase a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise. Where the employees in on this ? Who knows I Would be suspicious of this place. read more

Was visiting Pismo Beach for a few days and thought I'd check out a couple shops while I was there. This was by far my favorite! They have a wide variety of everything to choose from. I left getting two pipes, dutches, and a wax pen. Elias was working while I was there and was super friendly and helpful with recommendations and answering any questions I had. Great selection of glass water pipes and larger pieces. Huge selection of cigars. I was able to get my dad the perfect gift for Father's Day for under $50. Definitely stop by and check them out when your anywhere near Pismo. read more

I visited this store a year ago. I was searching something close to where I was staying to find good cigars. From the outside I was a little leery about what type of cigars they might have, but upon entering and seeing the humidor room,I was quite pleased. Good smokes at reasonable prices. The store has simple collections of pipes, bongs, cigars, snacks & whatever else you'd expect to find at a smoke shop. I live down the street & just moved to Pismo. Pretty much the only smoke shop in Pismo so there you have it, this smoke shop is your only choice. I'm giving this place 3 stars because homeboy who works there actually goes out of his way to help you find what you need. The prices are alright, not too expensive, just right. Try not to go in when the blonde chick is working. Every time I go she leaves this sour taste in my mouth, something about her service leaves me with a bad experience. Perhaps she's new, doesn't know much, or doesn't really care because everytime I go in & she's working, she either doesn't have have a bowl piece, or a down stem for my bong, (which I bought here), & after trying to work something out she hits you with, "We don't have that". Which is funny because when the young guy is working, everything I need, they have in stock. After my last visit, I ended up having to buy a new bong because nothing I wanted, was in stock, again....because she was working. I knew how my experience was going to be once I walked through the doors & saw her. As a smoke store, if you're going to be selling bongs then at least have the bowl pieces that go along. Like I said, that young man works hard to make your experience at the store a good one, & he manages to find whatever you need. The girl on the other hand, I can tell you this, she doesn't care & she is only there to make a sell, but not help. I don't mean to come off this way, but two times already? Friendly service when i went yesterday. Did not buy because WAYYYY too overpriced. Regular dabachino oil rig cup was 60$ -_- You can buy it on a website for less than 10$ come on dont cheat ur customers THAT much. If you can wait to buy whatever you need just wait and order online. read more
