I arrived just after the store opened and the staff was not prepared to open. The customers had to wait while they set up their desk outside and when we were allowed to enter the shelves were only partially stocked. Perhaps staff should arrive prior to opening so they are prepared for business...I felt like I was in their way while they stocked the shelves and readied the store for opening. read more

Went to pickup some items for my disability. Security thought it a great idea to question my ADA status. When I informed her that it was not her right to have this info, she doubled down and started to argue and pushed me to the side to help others. I will be filling a complaint with the state. read more

Had spent a couple hundred dollars on some edibles and wasn't the satisfied at all with the store recommended Kanha edibles. They came in a 4 pack for $25 and they didn't do anything. The store didn't want to help me out in any way. Said that it was my problem. Won't be going back anytime soon or recommending them to anyone. read more

Places like this make me miss the old ways of ganja exchange ; security does not allow entry if one has a small clutch that could only fit money, cards and phone. Being a regular and this happening numerous occasions with many small bags changes over the year , my advice is to either have a sign indicating people don't have any clutch to carry your money and cards or replace that policy and have better security for the shop stock to be safe. It was a small inconvenience but unnecessary and at this point will keep my business away. read more

First off I wanna say that I love the management of this company. They are warm and nurturing and passionate and just so caring about their customers. However, I feel sometimes you get a bad egg and there's that one team member that doesn't know someone's story. I must say before any Newbies go judging the customers that come in you really should stop and think about maybe they're going through something I know nothing about and I should just smile and give them the grace they need. I have two illnesses that I use cannabis for otherwise I wouldn't be able to eat I wouldn't be able to sleep and I wouldn't be able to function during the day if I didn't have it my pain is too severe. So I give my biggest gratitude to sloca , My quarters are just as valuable as a crisp 10 friend. Especially when I spend $100's every month. read more

I had a disappointing experience at this shop. The employees lack professionalism, answering the phone as if it's their personal line and showing little regard for customer service. The product selection is limited, with only a handful of vendors, and the store itself feels like it was thrown together in someone's garage. To make matters worse, the staff doesn't present themselves well--appearing unkempt and unprofessional. I understand it's a cannabis store, but maintaining at least a basic level of business casual appearance would go a long way in representing the industry better. Management is nonexistent. The manager is never around and doesn't respond to emails or inquiries--not even from his own staff, according to what I was told. With the owner seemingly out of touch in Hawaii, the employees act as if they can do whatever they want without accountability. If you're looking for a better experience, I'd recommend taking your business to Megan's instead. read more

We spend a lot of money on medical marijuana for a very Ill family member. The staff here is fantastic. From the beginning they have taken the time to get to know us and help us with what we need. Ratab and Drake have been extremely personal kind and informative. Everyone is friendly and kind. The products are great but what it comes down to here is the customer service. They did not know how much we spend on product as we did very minimal shopping at first. Within the first handful of visits they knew our names and What we were needing. I can't say enough good stuff about the staff here! This is our go to Cannabis store and highly recommend it anyone out and about shopping. read more

Just because you carry a brand that the others companies don't currently have doesn't mean you should get 5 stars or have a rude reply back. Ya,1 star for the atmosphere, for the tender not knowing what I was asking for,and a 0 star for a rude reply and not so good herb. I am extremely disappointed with this company. I recently moved to California and this was one of the first dispensaries I found. It's dog friendly and within good distance from my home so I made it a regular occasion to visit them. While running errands with family today we made a quick stop in there to grab some flower. While getting out of the vehicle the security guard rudely called out to us that we needed to repark because we were over the line. "Okay, fair enough. I'm sorry, I didn't realize I parked that way." Mind you there was two other cars in the parking lot at the time. Once we get into the store they ended up not having what we had went there for so we decided to try something different for the day. As we're in the truck driving away my boyfriend hit his vape, in which security yelled across the parking lot while RUNNING at our truck. He proceeded to yell into our window saying we were going to be banned from the store. Apparently there's a small sign posted on the front door that smoking is prohibited there, assuming it meant not inside the store itself. We remained very respectful throughout the whole situation and got no mercy in return. The staff was very rude and disappointed me today, which is highly upsetting because I LOVED the store up until that experience. read more

Nice little storefront with a hometown feeling. They carry a brand called Sputnik. I get the "Exotic" variety....it is the perfect preroll, and at a great price. They also have a variety of other good stuff that seems different than from the other dispensaries in town. read more
