We picked out a bunch of our own tiles and materials from Amazon and other online stores, and Shamas had no problem incorporating them into the project. He also pointed us toward more budget-friendly options when it made sense, and threw in some design suggestions that ended up being some of our favorite parts of the finished space. The end result speaks for itself -- every room was brought back to life, and honestly looks better than before. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch; you'd never guess the place had been through that kind of damage. On top of the great work, Shamas and his team were just really easy to deal with -- quick to answer the phone, always punctual, and kept us updated the whole way through. "BUYER BEWARE" I…read morewould have given him zero star if it was an option. Noe Diaz of "Diaz Flooring" was supposed to install LVP flooring for me. I normally don't post reviews, the only reason I am posting this review so that other people are aware of my experience. Noe brought the samples to my house, I showed him the space and picked the LVP design we wanted. He then asked for half of the money upfront as down payment and insisted that I pay cash or pay via Zelle. My bank does not offer Zelle so I wrote him a check for $600. He cashed the check and then gave me installation date, then changed it three times. When I called him to ask for a firm installation time frame, he blocked me on his phone so I could no longer communicate with him. Later, I had my wife call him, he picked up the phone but when she told him who she was & asked why he was not giving us the installation date, he hung up on her. He then texted her that he was not going to do the work because he was busy and we should get someone else to do the work and he will return the down payment money he took from us. He cashed the check on October 30th, 2024, today is November 10, 2024. He is not returning my money and has gone incognito.

I have pictures to show his terrible work, not too mention my company paid him halfway through the job and now he is nowhere to be found. His tile work is the worst I have ever seen. I would gladly show pictures of his work. Do not let him in your home!! He is a thief and cannot do what he says he can. I have been in this industry a long time and I've never seen a job this bad.
