At my condo complex we have been waiting months for the fencing for the upper decks. Here is the impact. Those of us who live on the top floor have lived for months with plywood securing our sliding doors (to ensure everyones safety)--additionally we have had to have all of our deck supplies stored inside, our largest windows are blocked impeadting light and airflow. Our living rooms are currently holding our out door furniture, bbq etc. In the midst of these conditions, there has been summer company, hospice has been helping in our neighborhood and individuals have received elders with mobility issues who need a clear path in the home. All because we have not received the supplies from GC Fencing that are needed to complete our decks and make them safe. I gave the company a star for existing. Now GC Fence can earn more stars by improving the lives of many residents young and old. I am happy to write another review once our decks are completed. I got a quote. Guys came on Tuesday said I would have a quote by Friday. I called Monday, the receptionist ASSURED she would call me back that day. I asked her to be sure. She never called me. Disappointed with the way they handle business, they came to our home on Tuesday of last week to take measurements for a quote that was promised by Wednesday latest Thursday it's a week later and still no quote. I called and spoke to Gilbert to ask for the quote again and nothing. Apparently our business is not worth their time, but would be nice if they let you know upfront and not have you wait and prolong your projects. read more

We were looking for a fence company to replace a section of our fence that was falling over and the posts were destroyed by termites. My wife found GC Fence online and called them for a quote. They responded quickly and came out to have a look and provided us with a competitive quote for the type of wood fence we wanted. They did a great job and the new fence looked really nice. Unfortunately after the fence was installed several of the boards started to crack. We contacted them and they came out to have a look, noted the cracked boards, and told us they would come back and replace them. A few days later they showed up and ended up replacing MORE boards than what we first thought because their guy noticed more bad boards. Really impressed with the service and they stand by their product. We'll definitely hit them up again when we need the rest of our fence re-done. read more

Gilbert provided a very detailed layout of the work to be done. The finished product exceeded my expectations. The team was very hard working and did an excellent job replacing 249 feet of a wooden fence that was long overdue for replacement. The crew removed ground cover and shrubbery that was pushing against the old fence. The vinyl fence that was installed left my three adjacent neighbors totally impressed. Great company! read more

GC Fence recently replaced our wooden side gate. The team did an amazing job. However, one of the wood boards had a hairline crack at the top. I didn't mention it and thought it wasn't a big deal. As time went by, the crack got worse and it was difficult to ignore. Finally, I reached out to GC Fence. They came by the following week and fixed it. This is an update to my previous review. After my previous review Gilbert reach out to me to schedule the work. Gilbert and team started and completed the work as planned. However I had to take a star out, because several of my sprinklers were broken during the fence installation which I noticed after the installation team left. They did not say anything about the sprinklers when they left and when I mentioned it to Gilbert, he did send someone to fix the sprinklers immediately. My gardener had to fix and adjust several of the sprinkler afterwards but all is good now. The fence looks great! read more
