These guys did a great job! They finished earlier than they expected, and cleaned up the site thoroughly when they were done. They removed and replaced about 250 ft of fence, and some of it was fairly rough terrain. They had no problem whatsoever. I recommend them and I would use them again. read more

Big price for DIY-quality results We met with several fence companies and ultimately chose LTK after meeting with Abrahan. He was confident his team could deliver a high-quality build, which helped justify the higher price -- several hundred dollars above any other quote we received. We felt good about the decision at the time and were really looking forward to the new fence. Unfortunately, the final result was disappointing. We noticed issues right away: misaligned boards, warped wood, and visible seam problems along the top caps. They did replace one badly warped board upon request, but when I brought up the several others showing similar issues, one of the installers shrugged and said, "wood will do that sometimes." I expected more attention to detail and preparation -- especially with a $6,000 price tag. Could I have pushed harder for corrections? Probably. But at this point, it's not about whether the team is willing to make it right -- it's that I don't believe they have the skill or attention to detail to do so properly. They seem like nice people, but based on the craftsmanship, I wouldn't recommend them as professional fence installers. read more

I received several estimates to build fences and gates around the property and only Legend to Kings was able to provide what I wanted. Their pricing is very reasonable and Ramiro helped me plan the details of the build. It's hard to imagine just how many little details go into creating these gates and fences, but this experience showed me why it is important to hire professionals if you care about the aesthetics. When we ran into issues, Ramiro always made sure to consult me and give me solutions to choose from. I really appreciated that, and we ended up with a final product that I'm really happy with. The crew, Jose and Juan, had great attention to detail and strived to ensure I was happy with the results. They were very respectful of the property and an overall pleasure to work with. They were also flexible to my schedule. The fabrication work is very high quality and I expect that it will last a long time. We did metal posts and gate frames, which were fabricated and painted in a spray booth at their shop. Called for a quote, a representative came over to take measurements, and after a week of not hearing back I called to follow up. When I called to find out what the delay was I was asked if I wanted the salesman to call me back... I said yes, the pint was to get a quote. Heard back about 2 weeks later, via text, that they were still getting g prices on material so they couldn't give us a quote just yet. Never heard back and even if I had, at that pint I couldn't possibly consider doing business with a company who fails to follow up and leaves it up to the customer. This was my experience. While the name changed, the exceptional service that was set as a standard for this company has not. Silvano drove out to Alpine to give me an estimate on some repairs for my fence and to add an additional finger lock hatch to the gate. He was prompt, polite and communicative as to what needed to be done to fix and rest assured he could handle the job with no issues. The day of repairs the workers showed up on time successfully repaired my fencing and installed new latches. They were very kind to patiently show me how the new mechanism worked which I appreciated. Someone came out to look at the area that we wanted to install an automatic gate. We liked the was the estimator approached the evaluation of space. We were told that we would receive a quote for the work by email. It never happened. I call the company twice to get the quote and never heard back. Too bad! It felt to us that they would be our first choice. But is this is how they run a business, i think we dodged a bullet. Their lack of follow through was disrespectful of our time.
