I had some tree roots in my driveway that were in the way of opening the gate so he installed it so the gate opened the other way. Chrystyan and his crew just completed a 75ft wooden fence for us an I couldn't be happier with their work. Let me start of by listing reasons why: 1. He came over to look at my fence, my neighbors side and only then gave me not 1 but 4 quotes with different design and structural variations. The fact that we went with the lowest didn't bother him one bit and he never pushed us to do something we didn't want. 2. The quote was pretty close to some other that I got from other contractors 3. As promised he started within a week of us signing the contract and paying the initial deposit. 4. The crew worked from 8pm to 8pm nearly every day and woud have been done in 2-3 days if not for the fact that our neighbor also gave him the contract to do another adjoining fence on their property. Despite this, the job was done in 5 days. 5. When the fence was down, his crew put up the posts and hung tarp to give some privacy and also because we have a pool and were concerned about pets straying in. 6. The crew and Chrystyan are extremely polite, answered all our questions and went above their duty by putting up some supporting hooks for some tools we had. 7. Refused to take the balance payment until every small aspect of the job was done and I was completely satisfied. The final amount was exactly the same as the price quoted, despite extra debris, boards etc that he had to trash. 8. Prompt communication via text or email.
