The pool/spa equipment has only been operating for just over 2 months. 02/18/2024 - our first email to A Oasis requesting that a leaking pool/spa valve be repaired 02/18/2024 - A Oasis construction team emails their A Oasis pool service team requesting the leaking valve be repaired 02/25/2024 - second email to A Oasis requesting leaking pool/spa valve be repaired 02/26/2024 - A Oasis construction team states that they are unable to process a job ticket and advised that we should contact the owner of A Oasis for further assistance 02/26/2024 - third email sent to A Oasis requesting leaking pool/spa valve be repaired 02/26/2024 - A Oasis owner acknowledges the leaking pool valve is a warranty but does not arrange for the leaking pool valve to be repaired We kindly request that A Oasis Pools and Outdoor Living please repair the leaking pool/spa valve that they have acknowledged is under warranty.

I am a Licensed Professional Engineer and prior to signing the contract with Matt, I communicated the expectation and standards I was looking for in a contractor for our pool construction. I presented Matt with my ideas and design and Matt took them and improved on them and most important executed the construction. Matt always communicated with me the plan for the upcoming week and advised when contractors were going to be on my property. Our construction took about six (6) weeks from breaking ground to adding water. I highly recommend Matt and Method Pool for your pool addition. -Terrence

During that time, the pool began turning green, so I contacted Sean. He told me he would come out the next day, but he never showed. He eventually came on my originally scheduled day instead. I've paid for four weeks of service, yet I've now gone another two weeks with no communication, no updates, and no pool service at all.

After choosing a design, we were walked through what features we could add, lighted bubblers (I think that's what they're called) get them! We were able to enjoy our pool all summer, I Did I say they were professional? They are! I'm very into timelines and communicated expectations, they didn't bat an eye at my continuous questions. Now my husband on the other hand can be a handful sometimes, they were great taking his calls and fielding his requests. If I had one bit of constructive criticism, it would be in regards to timelines and expectations. I know I need reassurance and a lot of information, so a written timeline with an FAQ page handed over at signing would have helped me in the process. This being our first pool, I don't know what I don't know, so I had a lot of questions throughout the process. I hate bugging people, so my husband always had to ask the questions and I feel this might have saved us both time in that back and forth. 20/10 in all areas, hire them!

I could have spent hours wondering around. The outdoor space is huge and set up with pathways. There were so many surprises throughout not only with their unique statues and sculptures but there was a cage with a giant live peacock who actually spread his tail feathers out while we were watching him. It was incredible! If you're looking for garden statues, you will find something you love. They have everything from animals, gnomes, dinosaurs, aliens, flowers and all types of things. They have benches, gliders and swings that are extremely sturdy made out of hardwood. Very high quality. There is every size planter you can image. They even had wood burning stoves! The plants and trees were fantastic! They had such reasonable prices on trees. We purchased 4 trees 5 years ago from a nursery in Dallas and the trees at Roland's were bigger and at the 2021 price we paid back in the day! You can tell the employees love what they do and rally care about taking care of the plants. Everyone seemed happy and asked us several times if we needed help. If you're in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Roland's is 100% worth the drive.

He thinks that he should not be questioned about his billing practices and believes that you should pay whatever number he comes up with without question. Simply telling a customer that chemical prices fluctuate, and pay whatever I say, is untenable. I also didn't appreciate him trying to goad me into a discussion about politics by saying more than once: "the price of chemicals have gone up since Biden became President." Just tell me how much it will cost to clear my pool, I'm not interested in your political views! He will never tell you how much you can expect to pay per month, only give you some a wide "possible" price range. Also, his utter arrogance was also a turn off. When I said he was too expensive or that questioned the basis for his exorbitant billing practices, he arrogantly told me that: "You want the best services for the cheapest price. And it just doesn't exist. You will always get what you pay for." In other words, if I don't use him and pay his unsubstantiated costs, I will not find other quality pool maintenance service providers. Finally, I offered to pay for July ($500!!!!), but not after, and then he immediately dropped me as a customer and charged me $274 for 1 visit; and my pool still had dirt on the bottom of it. Be careful in dealing with him, his knowledge of pools and pool equipment will distract you from his unqualified and unsubstantiated billing practices. I know he'll get on here an attack everything I've said, further showing his arrogance and inability to listen to customer concerns. Fortunately, I've kept all of the text messages between us as proof of what I've said.
