We never heard from Juan and my many calls to the office for the past four months were never answered or returned. Now there are additional areas of concern related to the past 2 hurricanes. We had another roofer come out who explained that an entire area of the roof should have been fixed initially rather than the small area for which we were charged. I know that this company has many excellent reviews but be aware that you might have a difficult time getting them to come back to address future issues.
