Also, if you do online banking, (even just checking your balance online) they offer you coupons and rewards...for example, I activated one that is valid for the next 10 days, and I get 4 specific items from Hardees for $4, and if I use my debit card to use that coupon, First Community will give me a cash reward. I'm not saying that it will be significant, as I have never used one of my offers before, but it is awesome how this bank offers that! I love how there is no bogus service fee-the number one reason I hate banks. As if making minimum wage wasn't bad enough lol! Also, I love how they're open, even on Sundays, even if it is only until noon!

I happened to be parked out front one day last summer when a rolling gun fight down Broadway ended up as a car accident on Pine. As soon as I heard the first gunshot, the guard ran to the front door and yelled for them to "lock it down!" just as a car went airborne and took out the crossing signal at Pine. Very quick response and they kept the doors locked a good deal of time until the scene was secured. The building also has pretty nice restrooms in the lobby by the elevators.

Was this one newer or older, I couldn't figure it out. It really didn't matter, it gave me the cash I so desperately needed. ATM area, parking lot and the bank grounds all looked good and were well maintained. A good presentation is always important. She then took me to her desk which I found annoying because I'm trying deposit money. She then told me she can't help me and to use the atm. Shouldn't you be be able to do everything an atm can do? I then use the atm where my cash gets Jammed and it cancels my transaction after. It took 250 dollars. I bring it up to the manger and he then tells me he can't help me. He has no way of messing with the atm or even giving me a number to call. I no doubt was frustrated and in my effort to understand why he can't help me he belittled me!

The process was extremely hard & painful. I felt like I was a burden to her. Needless to say, I'm going through another bank. I would recommend their branch but definitely NOT their mortgage department.
