He's a great guy to work with, and it was as simple as sending a picture of the lock, getting a quote, and scheduling a time. While other locksmiths suggest replacing the locks to get more money, GD helped save us money and time by efficient rekeying. I had my doubts with all of these 5-star reviews, but these 5-star reviews are real! GD even went above and beyond and fixed the misalignment in our storm door. We had our locks changed a couple of years ago and he did a great job for a reasonable price, was very responsive with communication and expectations, arrived perfectly on time, worked quickly, and stayed on estimate - no hidden charges! Highly recommend Genti for all your locksmith needs! I had a closet door with a broken latch / doorknob that wouldn't open. I called GD Locksmith, and he offered a reasonable service fee, even offered to come immediately if I was available since it wasn't a complicated fix. We agreed for him to come in the afternoon, and he was able to open the door and put in new hardware in no time. Since I was his last client of the day he even helped with a couple other doorknobs as well. For getting locks rekeyed we requested a quote and Genti was the only one who gave us a straight answer without needing to call. His price was super reasonable too. He was able to come on super short notice, within 24 hours and was reliable. When we discovered 2 weren't able to be rekeyed he was ready with compatible replacements without much extra charge. Genti Rekeyed 5 locks, swapped the handle off the garage and reprogramed the pin code on my front door when other "locksmiths" said I would need a new one cause I didn't have the original code or a key.
