I live in an unincorporated part of Fresno, and so I don't have the privilege of choosing my trash service provider. I am stuck with Republic Service. Trust me, I would change if I could. Thankfully, unlike the other poor reviews, they haven't missed any pick up dates for picking up cans (yet, I'll keep my fingers crossed that it stays that way!). However, I have found that they consistently make a mess when they empty the cans and never pick up after themselves. I took a picture of the mess they left behind this past week after they "emptied" the green waste bin, but spilled it all over the curb and ran over it, leaving me to clean up the mess after they left it. I picked all that grass up once, I don't want to have to pick it up again due to somebody else's laziness and negligence. It's disgusting. They also constantly knock down cans and don't pick them back up resulting in damage to the cans. Holes and breaks in the can's plastic due to this cause trash juice to seep out all over my driveway leaving an unpleasant site and smell. Judging from the other reviews on here, I'd say you need to do better.

Just porch it makes it so easy for me not to do that. The process to schedule a pick up was so super easy and fast. I love that they came one or two days later. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to wait a long time for them to come pick up my items. I left the items next to my front door and they came and picked up my bags on time. I had seven or eight large trash bags, stuffed with shoes, clothes and a couple of purses. I also loved when the pick up driver picked up my items, he didn't just throw them in the truck. He placed them in the truck, that shows that he cares about what he is doing. I will definitely be using them again next go round of cleaning out my closets, and I will also be suggesting just porch it to all of my friends.
