When they finally did arrive, they emptied the containers but left trash lying around and the containers were sitting out on the parking lot, not put back in their spots. I took pictures. We pay a monthly bill for this service. What is going on? IN ADDITION, they came out twice and what appeared to be a manager, maybe(?). Fist bumped the employee as if a good job was done. NO. We call and complain only to get a laundry list of excuses; was it in the right place, was it overfilled, did you put it out late, we are short staffed.... It's pure laziness and lack of accountability. The can is in the same spot weekly, on time and not overfilled...how hard is it to provide the service we pay for.
