That's why I was loyal. Turns out they auto renewed my auto but not my home. Makes no sense. Did the card on file expire... was it an old card on file that was replaced from being lost on vacation. Really doesn't matter now as we were canceled and can't get it back as we are "new" customers after being with them for many years. Beyond disappointed. Weeks passed with no card. When it finally arrived, it still listed my old vehicle. Instead of fixing it, she told me to call the company myself and claimed she had told me that "three times." At no point in the beginning did she say she could not complete the change.
