They have a wonderful selection of trees and both years I've gotten very nice, full, fresh trees for about 70.00. If you bring in your tree stand, or buy one there, they will cut and stand your tree for you and deliver it at no additional charge. It's been really convenient to get it all taken care of and everyone there has always been very friendly. I had the same guy deliver my tree last year and this year and he does a great job The store itself has a wide range of plants, pots, and all the necessities for plant and garden care. The individuals working there have a wide range of knowledge and have been very helpful with anything I've needed. I brought in a sick orchid this last weekend and they helped me uncover the problem and repot the orchid and only charged the cost of the potting soil. Great customer service here!

They easily accommodated my wishes (and my somewhat late in the day request) and the order was quite reasonably priced. They reconfirmed details both on the phone and then in a follow up text message. When my friends received the bouquet (precisely on time) they were ecstatic! It was exactly what I wanted as the pictures my friends sent confirmed. The Love It folks even sent me a confirmation text with a photo of the arrangement. Nowhere to be found, so I called House of Flowers and they "forgot!" I could either have them deliver it to the church (not many people were left at the reception) or have it delivered to someone's house. I was not given the option to cancel. My husband called back and canceled. I will not go there again.
