Service was ok, no noticeable results after 6 very expensive treatments (nothing guaranteed), never contacted for the final before and after. Beware when they help establish credit, they check the box that says you want to pay for credit card security (seems shady since I would never opt into that), they are very nice but the services they provide are not worth the time or money invested. All In One Med Spa associates, Giovanni and Annamarie, are knowledgeable and the products used really work. First off I wanna let you know that I never even made it in for the appointment so this has nothing to do with their services. I saw their advertisement online and sent in my request for an appointment and even picked the time when I called them the morning of my appointment to see if they could take me in earlier, The receptionist told me that oh sorry your request was only a request and you don't have an appointment when I asked her why they didn't call me back. She said oh well we don't do that so just FYI if you put a request for an appointment, make sure they call you back to confirm. Or honestly, I would go to another spa. I had one of the most unprofessional spa experiences here. I originally scheduled a facial for a Monday, but the spa texted me to reschedule because the time was no longer available. I agreed and booked another day, and I specifically confirmed that my promotional price would still be honored. They assured me it would. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early, excited for my facial. Instead of welcoming me, the receptionist insisted I had already checked in the week before -- which is completely false, as I had never even been to this area prior to that day. Their explanation made no sense, and instead of fixing the issue, they simply said they couldn't honor the promotional price and, even worse, that there was no aesthetician available to see me at all. I left feeling extremely unwelcomed and dismissed. What made this worse is that none of their reasoning added up. Even if I had agreed to pay full price without the promotion, who exactly would have performed my service if no one was available? Why book appointments in the first place if you don't have an aesthetician on staff? This entire situation felt careless, unethical, and very unprofessional. I went out of my way to try this spa and was ready to promote them to my audience as a content creator -- instead, I walked away with one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. You know, I am always out for a deal, and because I'm a gambler, the facials I am accustomed to are priced quite high, but because the economy has been really bad, I found this special while on social media so I booked for myself and my son. I thought, why not? We can both enjoy a facial at a minimum price and still have money for gas lol. Boy was I wrong! We loved the facials so much and with the charismatic charm of Mr. Giovanni, I walked out of there thinking "was my goal to save money or to refinance my home?" LOL! Jk...But yeah we laughed so much in the room that when we left I asked my son "What just happened? Did I just spend $XXX$ in there?" Hahaha!! I DID!!! But if you ask me if I have buyers remorse? Not really, because I was very impressed with our facials, the cleanliness, and I am going to trust my intuition with Giovanni. Sometimes, the best investment you can make is in YOURSELF! An esthetician came to lead me to one of the individual rooms. Quiet, soft music, no overpowering smells but soft hints. She gave me 1 1/2 hours of rest, luxury, and wonderful care. My face felt so soft and revitalized. She spent time on extracting any impurities which I totally appreciated. This is a brand new spa in the area and part of a group expanding.
