2nd time here. This one star reflects the front desk staff ---…read moreThe First time was fine except for me having concerns of the icd10 codes I saw on my visit notes that I received a day after. I called after the first visit and left a voicemail for a call back, that was now two weeks ago. I got no call back. Today when I arrived the red head at the front desk said good morning and asked for my id and Insurance card. When I asked her again? She said they don't have a copy I proceeded to give it to her and said they took this last time as well. She had this look or being annoyed at me saying that. So then proceeded to say I called two weeks ago about a diagnosis I saw on my chart and no one called me back. She don't answer me or offer to review it or discuss it when I will be called to the back. She gave me my cards back and I had the payment card ready on the counter so when she asked for it I said it's right there sheade a sound and grabbed it. Then I was prepared and took the pen I used to sign in she asked me to Sign the receipt and handed me a pen but I had already had one in hand and signed it she put her pen back with an attitude now. I gave her the receipt and she just sat there typing and looking at her screen. I had to ask if we were done for now , again not looking at me she said yes. Employees need to realize they are working at a Dictors office and do not know what the patients coming in are feeling. Empathy and compassion go a looong way. This woman needs a class In this or get akin where she doesn't deal with patients.

They didn't feel welcoming for being women to women at all in a place that helps other women. Always speaking in Spanish, God knows what they're saying, they could be talking about other patients 2. I love the doctors and assistants in the back, they did a great job for making me feel comfortable and welcomed at my first time, they taught me a lot as well when I had questions 3. They ordered a blood test for me to go do and they after I did it to a place they said took my insurance (they said they did at the blood place too), I still got a bill in the mail to be paid. I had Morpheus 8 with Melissa, what a great experience, she made me feel so comfortable, I was so…read morenervous before speaking to her that I wasn't even sure if I was going to go through with it but after a few minutes, she made me feel so comfortable, answered all my questions and I am glad I had her as my provider. The entire team makes you feel welcome. Looking forward to my next visit.

I went for a consultation for Bioidentical hormone pellets $150 then $405 to insert it to my but…read morecheek,was told it will change by sexual,a-petite, fog mood and etc. Three weeks passed by called Dr. Bracero my sexual desire was diminishing and my appetite was going up no call back called the following day no call back called the fifth week and no call back then I called for the 4th time and decided to tell the receptionist why I was calling she put me on hold to talk to the doctor and told me he said it takes six weeks to kick in , to call back in two weeks .my six weeks of the Hormone pellets. Seven weeks getting worse and called again with no respond back from Dr Bracero and still waiting for his call. I will not recommend anyone this Doctor.
