I called after the first visit and left a voicemail for a call back, that was now two weeks ago. I got no call back. Today when I arrived the red head at the front desk said good morning and asked for my id and Insurance card. When I asked her again? She said they don't have a copy I proceeded to give it to her and said they took this last time as well. She had this look or being annoyed at me saying that. So then proceeded to say I called two weeks ago about a diagnosis I saw on my chart and no one called me back. She don't answer me or offer to review it or discuss it when I will be called to the back. She gave me my cards back and I had the payment card ready on the counter so when she asked for it I said it's right there sheade a sound and grabbed it. Then I was prepared and took the pen I used to sign in she asked me to Sign the receipt and handed me a pen but I had already had one in hand and signed it she put her pen back with an attitude now. I gave her the receipt and she just sat there typing and looking at her screen. I had to ask if we were done for now , again not looking at me she said yes. Employees need to realize they are working at a Dictors office and do not know what the patients coming in are feeling. Empathy and compassion go a looong way. They ordered a blood test for me to go do and they after I did it to a place they said took my insurance (they said they did at the blood place too), I still got a bill in the mail to be paid.
