After 4 applications my yard looks worse that it did before they started. Hard to get to places fort heir machine went un-attended. Technician couldn't tell the difference between Dallas Grass & Crab Grass. Follow up treatment for Spurge weed had zero result. I had an aeration done on my lawn. They scheduled me very soon after I contacted them, communicated in superior fashion, and performed the work with excellent quality and value. Disappointed - No Results After $420 Investment While the technicians were friendly and professional, the results were extremely disappointing. We were promised a lush, green lawn, but after three treatments and proper watering, our yard still has brown spots and weeds. Despite raising concerns with both techs and customer service, we were told to be patient--but no improvement ever came. We paid $420 with nothing to show for it, and our untreated neighbor's lawn looks significantly better. We've documented the lack of progress with dated photos from March to May and shared them in our Facebook review. We hope Gecko Green will make this right with a refund or corrective service. Very bad service when it comes to scheduling, they give you a time window and on the day of your appointment they fail to call or show up. This was supposed to be my first treatment. I cannot trust a company that provides this kind of care. Unfortunately I will find someone else to do business with. This was for pest control as far as the lawn treatment they do everything as promised. read more

Charged $130 for a pest control service. Very poor job. Left half the dirt dobbers on my ceiling. Whatever they used to try and knock them down was drug across my porch ceiling leaving a white streak and chipped paint. Now I'm haveing to wait back for a call from the manager. Wow. Customer service is terrible. It's crazy to send lazy people out, who do a poor job, then expect me to wait around for a refund. Asinine. This is now the second issue I have had with the pest control. The first time I had them put copper in the wrap holes of the brick to keep insects out. How does that work if you miss weap holes?!? It's ridiculous. Lazy companies get disqualified to earn my buisness. The third complaint I have had cost all there buisness with me. read more

After nine treatments and two core aerations, I am very disappointed with the outcome reflected within my yard. The front yard has some weeds, but looks pretty decent; however, this is what everyone sees from the street and where they proudly post their service sign. My backyard tells a different story. The backyard has an abundance of weeds and crabgrass despite the pre-emergent that was supposedly applied. The Service Summaries mention seeing weeds as well and how they may be hard to control and I understand that I have some responsibility as the homeowner, but placing this excerpt in the last two service summaries knowing that they are the ones servicing the yard over the last year does not excuse how my yard appears. I would rather take on this job myself as to waste any more money on this service. I live in a large HOA controlled subdivision and I would be willing to bet there are other homeowners in the area in a similar situation where the front yard is worked way more than the backyard. Take Caution before hiring them, if you see their signs posted in a yard--you might ask to look at the whole yard--just not what is seen from the street. Please note that many of the people that praise this service have pools in their backyards--meaning their front yard is their primary service area. For those like me, well, you will pay for over 7,000 square feet to be serviced but BEWARE you may not see the results you paid for. This is a disservice. read more

I love gecko for a few reasons: #1 Their Customer service is top notch. They are super responsive. Easy to reschedule with. And they answer all my questions when I call. I once I called to talk about what kind of sod to get and they had their specialist call my back and walk me through everything. #2 They don't force you into a contract. And they're not pushy. I can schedule their visits at my convenience, or they can just get me on their schedule. #3 if weeds start growing between treatments they come and do a free treatment. #4 Their technicians are FABULOUS. I have been using gecko green for over a year now. My yard started without many weeds and now it is most of my yard. They also don't know which are weeds and which is grass. The technician said my yard was full of rescue grass which is not true in the slightest. read more

Great sales team but little else. They did several weed control apps and my grass, which looked great before they started, started dying. I was given a multitude of reasons. They offered re-application of product, free mowing, anything to keep my business. They killed about half of my lawn (approx .75 acres) down to the dirt. Now it's nothing but weeds and hard to find any grass. Even my neighbor says it's never looked worse in 16 years. Then a mouse problem that I hired them for. Totally inept. Refused to close up all the spaces. Set rat traps. Then told me the mice were to small to set off the traps and I would have to buy and set my own. read more
