(Should've took that as a sign tbh) First off they cut his hair in the front little too short for his liking. After he told the guy that he liked to have it a little long due to personal reasons. That's not the only problem here. Come Wednesday 5/29/2024 he began to realize that he was so itchy on the back of his head. When he'd scratch blood would come out. Turns out he got "Staphylococcus aureus bacteria" from this nasty ass place. As a barber how do you not clean your equipment? To me that's plain disgusting and so unprofessional. Once I was called up, the woman seemed already peeved and did not want to do my hair. I went ahead and sat down described what I wanted and even showed her an image. I asked for some advice and she practically rolled her eyes at me. The entire haircut was silent, which I don't mind Im not much of a talker. I prefer not to talk, but I was immediately bothered by this woman, who seemed angry. Which she demonstrated as she shoved the clippers through my hair roughly. Trying to get the cut done as fast as possible. Once she was done with my hair she didn't even show me the back she just asked if it was okay. I answered, "Yes, thank you." I noticed her demeanor change slightly. Which should have been my first clue that she did not show me the back. I bought some styling cream but I just needed to get out of there. So I paid and left. Once I had left a friend of mine said that the back was messy and not done very well. On top of that I had dried blood they had nicked me twice where I had skin tags. I did not feel anything when it happened I just remember feeling an itching and sore sensation after. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

As the lady was blow drying my hair for a blowout, she used a round brush, and my hair got matted and nodded to the point of where they had to call another person off the clock to come in to remove the brush for my matted hair, which took approximately 2 hours after closing. I cried because I thought I was gonna have to cut my hair off . They cut the brush tips so they could comb out my matted hair that was stuck to the brush and then rinsed out the rest of my hair stranded to get all of the treatment she put in it to try to untangle it. I wish I had taken pictures of what my hair matted in the brush, but I'm never going back unless I get free haircuts forever because that was the most ridiculous and scary thing ever that I have ever experienced in a business. The girl had no empathy and couldn't figure out what to on her own and then gave me attitude when I asked if she could call the owner she said yes I'm doing it in such a tone that it seemed like she was talking back to me. E If the owner sees this, please contact me reach out because that stylist should not be cutting hair if she doesn't even know how to do a blowout.
