I do want to note that I was a walk-in and waited to be fit into their schedule, which I completely understood once I learned they primarily operate by appointment. I was patient and waited my turn. Unfortunately, my visit didn't go as expected. Shortly after my service began, another client came in with a complaint, and the technician assisting me stepped away to address it. While I understand that situations come up, there was no clear communication about how long it would take or whether I was okay waiting. This left me sitting for an extended period with my service only partially started. From the beginning, the service already felt a bit rushed, and the interruption made it difficult to continue since I was on a time constraint. When I expressed that I needed to leave and asked to have the product removed, I felt somewhat questioned rather than understood. I was told the nail protection that had been started was good for my nails and encouraged to keep it, but one thumb had builder gel unfinished, which didn't feel right to leave as is. To clarify, the only thing applied was the beginning of a nail protector (as explained to me), along with one thumb started with builder gel. The manicure itself was never completed there was no soaking, cuticle care, or full service performed. Despite this, I was still charged for a manicure or a portion of it, which didn't feel appropriate given how little of the service was actually done before the interruption. I also left feeling a bit uncomfortable, as if I was being judged for needing to leave or for being direct about my time constraints. I don't feel clients should have to push or repeatedly explain themselves in situations like this, especially when the delay was outside of their control. I do appreciate that the owner apologized at the end, and I'm sharing this feedback simply to raise awareness of how this experience felt as a new client. I truly hope that in the future there can be more communication, understanding, and consideration for clients' time and situations.

I should've ran when I walked in. The worst part of the whole experience was the instruments.. they use the same instruments on EVERYONE. They're not packaged or sterilized. There was a girl next to me with a SEVERE fungal infection and they were using tools on her that they used on the previous person. With the fill being 45 with 10.00 added that is 55.00. My pedicure was normal polish just 50.00. I was so tired by the time it was time to pay. I didn't realize I was being overcharged 15.00. The gal who will not be named says okay you pay 120.00. I did not think twice about paying and even gave her a 10.00 tip. When I got home and rested up a bit I realized I overpaid and gave a good tip. After dinner I decided to call them. The gal said yes honey 55 for nails 55 for toes thats 120.00 ( in her math equation) thats still 110.00 which means she admitted overcharging me. She told me to go in and she will explain to me how they charged me. There is no explanation for overcharging your customers and expecting a tip. I truly like these ladies but unfair is unfair. I told her in conclusion that I want a 15.00 credit on my next visit. And I don't think I will be tipping as much. So people be careful when you pay for services here. Before I go into detail make sure that the establishment that you spend hundreds of dollars at yearly recognizes that your time is valuable and takes into account the APPOINTMENTS that you set up around your busy life style. With that being said about a month ago I had scheduled a appointment with Jenny. Arrived on time and waited for almost 20 minutes impatient due to a work event I walked out without saying a word. She knew I was there but failed to set me up in a chair and communicate with me. I received a call about 10 minutes later asking why I left. I told her I had an appointment with you and here you are calling 30 mins later after the fact. Very unprofessional. We then set up a time for me to come back. That day came and when I walked in I waited again. She then tells me oh I have appointment in front of you can you come back? Again unprofessional and extremely unorganized. Then again I set up my eyebrows and a pedicure appointment and again get the same treatment!!!! She does my eyebrows and all of a sudden has a bs excuse about an appointment for my pedi. Today called at 4:58PM not even asking for her specifically just saying I want a pedi and the owner told me to come in at 5:15. Let me not get started with how unprofessional she is. Mad dogging everyone and serving looks that can kill. Anyways, I walk in and legit sit down Jenny asked me what my name was I told her. She asked that I wait. Another young lady walks in and Jenny sits her down. Jenny approaches me and tells me sorry honey she has a appointment can you come back in a hour and I told her when I called I didn't request you. She didn't even acknowledge that I said that. She then tells me to just come back tomorrow and I told her no. Bottom line I will NEVER EVER come back to this place again. These woman are childish and extremely unprofessional to say the least. I will make sure my friends and family do not support this business any further. Take your business to Tip N Toe the ladies actually talk to you and are super sweet!!!!
