I had a 2014 Toshiba laptop that was running funny and then froze up completely. I contacted Paul on a Friday and was able to get my computer that same day. He called me the next day to say that the hard drive was dead and gave me several options, including a new solid state hard drive for $100 or a used one for $25. I went with the new hard drive and he was able to install it and have it back to me on the following Tuesday (a remarkable three business day turnaround!!) In addition, he had downloaded all of the "stuff" I had on the old hard drive and was able to reinstall in on the new one. When I went to open some documents from the cloud, I found that the Microsoft Home/Business 2013 software was not installed (not supported by Microsoft since 2019). I called Paul on Thursday and he came right over to my house and downloaded a version of the same program, making sure that it was working perfectly!! This was all done at no charge!! The upgraded computer works so much faster that it had previously and all of my files are easily found! I cannot recommend Paul highly enough!!! I am a Google and yelp reviewer and I don't always have the time to leave detailed reviews. But this experience deserves it. We have a 13 year old on the autism spectrum and his computer is his life, unfortunately it fried out. We were lucky enough to find Paul, he was simply amazing from start to finish I don't want to drag everybody through all the details but I'm just telling you there is nobody in Georgia that is so attentive and so professional and deliver such an amazing product. If I could give him 100 Stars I would. Don't look anywhere else you will never be disappointed. An absolute stellar man. Let me tell you guys! I am a masters student at truett McConnell university and it was finals week and my computer charger decided to stop working. I was without a computer and had a final project to do and submit and a final paper to upload! I tried Best Buy and Walmart but nothing would fit into my computer. Then I found Pual! He took a look at it and determined that my computer had been disconnected from the charger so nothing was going to fit it, he also said that I would probably need a new computer! And then he Asked I'd he could try a few things. Well, he was able to pull my paper from my hard drive so I was able to upload it and finish my semester. I cannot express how happy I am to have found Paul! This place was a Godsend for me as I use my PC to work and 2 other local "repair men" have scammed me out of lots of money over the past couple years. Bad experience! I paid to have more memory sticks installed but found out he put in 2 used memory sticks instead. One of the sticks was bad which it brought to another techs attention which he repaired. Would not recommend. read more
