BEWARE will take your money and run! Matt (Owner) set my office network up in Oct. of 2017. He was suppose to return to install one of my office computers that was damaged during shipping. Since the initial install the cameras failed after a month of use, he still hasn't installed the last computer, and refused to return my calls. I wish I could give them zero stars, but that isn't an option. I ordered a battery for my laptop (and paid for it) after being told it would arrive in 3-5 days. Nine days later, I sent a text, asking for an update. I was ignored. I called 3 hours later and was told that it hadn't arrived and they didn't know when it would. I asked for a refund. I was told it would take 72 hours to show in my bank account (I had used my debit card). I patiently waited 6 days (double the promised time), but still no refund. I called and was told that it had been given to the manager, but he hadn't made a decision yet. Decision??? I paid for something I didn't receive. No decision needed to be made. I asked to speak to him, but he wasn't in the office and they didn't know when he would be. I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back. Avoid this place! read more

The sorriest IT geeks I've ever dealt with. The tell you 2 week fix time i gave them 3. The part still had not came in. I ask if they had a tracking number for the part they ordered they said no. I've never ordered anything that didn't come with a tracking number. So go to pick up item i left with them and get a refund. At first they had no money to refund so i had to hang around in town for about 3 hours to only end up getting half the money refunded to me. Never ever ever go there. read more

This place is horrible. I would not advise anyone to do business here. I should have believed the lady (Cecelia)who wrote the previous review.. I paid them in advance ...word to the wise..don't walk out if this place...run as fast as you can. Do not leave any advance payment for repairs. They will keep saying there is a problem with delivery and parts. DO NOT BELIEVE IT. They have erased all of the other negative reviews. They had alot. They only stated my part had arrived after 2 n a half months later after i threatened to call the police and have this business investigated.. The part supposedly has arrived..it has been over two weeks, and I still don't have my laptop. They told me when I first went there it would take less than an hour to repair. Irs been 2 and a half wks. it still isnt repaired.I REPEAT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. IT IS THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. I only rated one star because I had to. read more
