Since the initial install the cameras failed after a month of use, he still hasn't installed the last computer, and refused to return my calls. Nine days later, I sent a text, asking for an update. I was ignored. I called 3 hours later and was told that it hadn't arrived and they didn't know when it would. I asked for a refund. I was told it would take 72 hours to show in my bank account (I had used my debit card). I patiently waited 6 days (double the promised time), but still no refund. I called and was told that it had been given to the manager, but he hadn't made a decision yet. Decision??? I paid for something I didn't receive. No decision needed to be made. I asked to speak to him, but he wasn't in the office and they didn't know when he would be. I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back. Avoid this place!
