My desktop at the office died on Tues. I took it to another well known repair place and it was going to cost a min. $150 plus take 5-7 days. I could not live that long without the computer and way too expensive. I found GeekiT on the web, went over there with the computer. Lisa, the manager, took it and called me by 5 pm after running the diagnostics. It was a bad power unit, She ordered the part and I had the computer back by noon Friday. GREAT service. I've broken my screen quite a few times, I'm a klutz. I have gone multiple places, been overcharged, & it took hours to fix. Not Geekit! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, dropped my phone off, & she said it would be ready in 30min, wait what! I went & worked out, came back an hour later, and boom all shiny and new! I also requested she look inside my earphone port, as I couldn't get my earphones in there (something was jamming it). When I arrived she advised me she found the culprit and removed it. No cost! Wow. What a great experience. My daughter broke the glass on her iPhone. I called around and all quotes were about the same price. I needed somewhere close and fast. Not only did Lisa fix our phone, she stayed after the store was supposed to close. Unlike the other stores I talked to, Lisa told us the digitizer was not damaged so it did not need to be replaced. I spoke with Lisa who walked me through several steps and within minutes had my internet back for me. After I hung up I had to call back because I couldn't figure out the printer. She was able to down load all my files from the hard drive in my old system and upload to my new computer. She also was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. This place is awesome. They have fixed an iphone battery and an iphone that the Apple Store said couldn't be fixed because it was "dead." The only thing wrong with it was the charging port needed to be replaced. The Apple store said there was water damage, GeekiT saw no water damage and said the phone was in excellent condition.
