Instead I find out that no new inspection was ordered and that my policy was cancelled shortly thereafter, and NO ONE in this office contacted me to let me know. About 5 months later I got a check from their home office refunding some of my money. When I called to inquire about why this was the case, I was told my call would be returned promptly, however it was not. A month later I called back and was told the person who had handled my policy was not there anymore due to poor service. That is all well and good but where was the head agent of this agency? Stephen never called to let me know what had happened, nor did the the new office manager. If he knew his employee provided ridiculously bad customer service why did he not follow up and make sure that at least I was aware that my policy had lapsed and his office let it happen. I definitely have some responsibility in this matter as well, I will own that. However because of their agents mistake I have to go find new insurance. I hope they get their stuff together because this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Good luck with the future.
