I've been shopping for quotes online always bait and switch and much higher cost. well today I did Geico online quote and you know what I got exactly what I was quoted . First time ever I was very happy the agents assisted everything was processed quickly. I canceled my AAA policy because they raised my monthly premium without notice. ( no accidents) They just told me they were charging me more because the law changed and I was getting better coverage, which was not true . later on I canceled my roadside assistance because I got roadside assistance through my partners plan. He bought it for me from same company AAA . Then I get a phone call saying that in three months they would cancel my policy if I didn't get roadside assistance, I was furious and I said enough. Thank you Geico. I'm very pleased I was very happy. I even got the extra coverage because it was affordable. This GEICO office is actually run under the business name of T H Smart & Associates Insurance Services Inc. I found this out upon my sister-in-law receiving a letter from them. My wife and I were sorting through our things cleaning and sorting from flood damage where we had our things stored. T H Smart & Associates Insurance Services Inc. sublet the homeowner's insurance to a different company when she received a letter about miscellaneous debris/items in the rear yard. If one had taken the time to inquire and see that there were folding tables with "totes" and "packing supplies" it would have been obvious. I wrote a letter to them and NEVER received a reply. We obtained insurance through GEICO upon her recommendation, but, I am planning on kicking GEICO TO THE CURB. If they can not respond to us as a customer, then they don't need or deserve my business. read more

Horrible customer service. I needed to get a quote for my vehicles. I called and they put me on hold claiming they would get me an agent. Waited for 20 min and then they said they were transferring me to an agent. They transferred me to his voice mail. (This could have been done 20 minutes ago). I hung up and called back today at 830am. The lady that answered said all agents were busy and they would call me back in 5 minutes. 5 minutes took 2hours. After 4 phone calls to them I finally got a quote around 130pm. The man that gave the quote gave me the impression that he hated his job and couldnt get off the phone fast enough. Because of my experience I chose to keep looking. 30 minutes later I was insured by Esurance for half the price. The only good thing about Geico is their commercials. read more

Then after canceling my account I had to wait two weeks for them to return my refund! In fact I'm still waiting for and it should've been here by now. This place has the absolute worst customer service ever! My fiancé's car was damaged and he reported the claim to our insurance. However, since I had a broken window claim a couple months ago, our claim was sent to the Special Investigations Unit. I was contacted by a David Parker who was disrespectful and rude to me. He didn't let me get one word out before calling me and my family fraudulent people. He started making claims that we switch insurances all the time to get quick payments. He brought up my broken window claim, and a horrible accident I had back in 2017 while my 1 month old daughter was in the back seat. He said we faked claims to get pay outs, even though we have never received payments, we just pay deductibles. He started saying we had false claims for through Mercury insurance. I tried to explain to him that we never had Mercury insurance and he said My mother in law did and that we are a fraudulent family. We live in my mother in laws other half of her duplex so we share an address. He said our claim was gonna get denied and we can try to fight it but when we lose it's 7 years in prison for insurance fraud. I couldn't stay on the phone with him because he was very disrespectful so he ended up calling my fiancé to say the same things and harass him. My fiancé became frustrated and said "I ain't no b word so I don't know who you think you're talking to" David then hit us with the worst insult ever and said "No I don't think you know who you're talking to, f word you n word." We contacted his supervisor Keisha Lumpkins and she said "oh well he actually said that you called him a n word." My fiancé is Hispanic, I'm black, and our daughter is black and Mexican. My fiancé told her he could send her a picture of our family and then he dares her to ask who called who the N word. Horrible service. They are racists! Beware! read more

So much for a "local agent." If you didn't purchase your original policy through them, don't even think that they'll help you. I went in and wanted to know if they could scan a copy of a CHP report into my policy, my son was in an accident. Literally 10 employees sitting there doing nothing and not one of them would help me. I was asked "did you purchase your policy through us?" When I said no, one ha-hemmed around and wrote down a 1-800 phone number on a post-it note, handed it to me, and told me that I'd have to call them. BUT I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE!!!! I just got off the phone with Freddie. His #u0k03r I asked him questions he has no answers to. Every time when we switch from a big city with no parking location to a small town with a garage the rate goes down. He somehow managed to get the rate to shoot up. He knows nothing and kept arguing with me and refusing to hand the phone over to the manager. He went ahead and updated my policy to the higher rate that I didn't agree to. Finally, after repeatedly telling him to hand over the phone for 15 minutes to him bickering and unreasonably arguing with me, he handed it over to the manager accompanied by a long hold. They both tried to cover up their tracks and refuse to admit their mistake. A simple location change lasted over 30 minutes. It took under 2 the previous few times. Do yourself a favor and never talk to Freddie. He is the worst agent I've ever talk to. read more

Geico insurance is the worst! We were involved in an injury head on collision last October. Our vehicle was taken to Eaglesons NW, one of their "certified" shops. After 3 months Eaglesons could still not figure out how to fix the alignment! I finally had it towed to a different shop and after 4 1/2 months still don't have my vehicle repaired. Geico and Eaglesons are incompetent companies and I was offered no assistance by Geico to even provide me a rental vehicle. I canceled my Geico policy today and will never go back! read more

The people that work at this location are knowledgeable and will take the time to explain and make modifications to insure you get the coverage that works best for you. Sam is the best employee here. I have had Geico for like six years now. We have always had at least two cars insured here, at times there were three. I got a ticket in November 2015. Geico sends us a renewal for our policy as they do every July. The difference this year is a dramatic inscrease. I have had some tickets, I have never had an insurance company try to go up in me like this. I have till August, and am currently shopping for insurance. Geico has NEVER paid a claim on our cars, They have faithfully collected our premiums for years with no pay out. When we find the insurance to buy, Geico can shove my home policy up their ass, along with the auto policy. read more

I am close to canceling my policy. The employees answering the phones are rude, I needed to cancel my home policy to get one that qualified with the earthquake insurance I wanted and they never canceled it! They asked for proof of insurance that my house was covered on the date I wanted my policy to be canceled and to resend my documents. It's ridiculous, beside the fact that there's been three times that they don't call me back which one was for another quote and the other two where for my home policy. If I experience one more unpleasant experience I will be canceling my policies and going elsewhere. read more

If I could leave this company zero stars I would, after being out of town, the debit card I had listed on my auto insurance policy expired. Rather than notifying me to take care of the situation they canceled my policy and informed me via email a day later. After calling them today they informed me that since my policy was canceled due to non payment I am unable to pay my premium on a monthly basis any longer and I now have to pay the 6 month premium upfront and this would put quite a strain on me financially. I could understand this if I'd been delinquent and late on payments in the past, but I've been on auto pay with them for the last 4 years. Worst experience I have ever encountered!! Shame on BMW COLLISION & GEICO for treating an innocent party in an accident like an inconvenience!! Since my daughter was involved in an accident in my vehicle with full coverage insurance thru Geico, which she was proven to be 0% at fault, I have had nothing but trouble trying to get my vehicle fixed by BMW Collision which was suggested by my adjuster Mr. Ricardo Marquez from Geico. Geico has been no help whatsoever in insuring my vehicle was fully repaired. Since then I've had to miss one week of work without a car because BMW collision hadn't fixed my car right the first time and I am now being sent to collections because Geico and BMW collision wanted to play ball back and forth at who should pay for the rental car because it was over the time Geico thought it should take to fix my vehicle (TURNS OUT THAT I AM) Geico insisted that BMW Collision was the one to pay for the rental car which now I'm in collections. Thank you Geico and BMW for making this a bad experience. Now Geico wants to wash their hands from this and my car is broke down due to the damages incurred from the accident. As soon as my time is up with Geico I will seek another insurance company. My car is still not repaired and I am in collections for the rental. By the way, I have only had this car for 2 years and still making payments on it. I don't normally write bad reviews but I feel this needs to be out there!! This is not for this particular agent, but for Geico as a whole. 15-20 years with them, and they treat you like cr#p (2 decades ago, they did everything to keep my business). Now that they've grown, through all the ads you pay for, they hardly know you are there. When I needed a tow truck on a Sunday, no one could help. When I was rear-ended, the other driver's agent never showed up and wouldn't return calls (and that agent was from Geico!! As I had a high deductible, and they probably knew that??).... Then recently, though I never received a cancellation notice, they told me my policy was cancelled. I called them and asked for another week's grace as the check I had sent must have gotten lost in the mail (Nearly 2 decades and never missed a payment.). They said they couldn't do that.
