I received a phone call day from this amazing Geico agent. Annick was so incredibly awesome! Not only was she kind because I hung up on her once but she understood that I'm a hairstylist and I have to make a living. She very kindly called me back at a time that was more convenient for me and not only did I sign up for insurance but she took the time to find other ways for me to save money on my policy (something my last insurance company and agent did even try to do). I couldn't be happier with the level of service as well as compassion she showed. We shared a few laughs and she even helped me cancel my other insurance policy. This is why I love Geico.
