The East Rutherford GEICO center is filled with Very Unprofessional, incompetent and Untrained Staffs. Just want to sell you the policy for their commission. Just compare the quote online and one the agent gives you there. They quote 15-20% more than online. No after Sales service at all. They will just hand you over the phone no. to call and resolve the issue by yourself. They won't do shit. Its better you talk with the vitual agent on Geico.com. They can assist you far better while taking policy and also after sales as well ... Worst GEICO center ever at East Rutherford. Not recommended... read more

Higher prices, bad first impression. Does GEICO really want new business? Went for an estimate. Waited 10 minutes, got a rep who mumbled, was given a car quote $200 higher than current carrier. My driving record is 100% good and my credit score is great. They didn't even want to quote my homeowners insurance. "Well, we're not for everyone," the rep said. Not much of an explanation. This is one of the places you don't want to go for car insurance. We are so disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided here, so please consider a different company. Highly unprofessional staff who do not clarify details of policy. Currently we are in a process of considering cancelling our policy for a higher rate for better customer service. It's disgraceful actually. For years many have warned and complained of Geico, but coming from a military background, we assumed there has to be some positive accolades with them, but sure enough, our friends laugh at us when express our dissatisfaction. In modern day of technological and increased infrastructure in technology and human advancement, there should be better humane ways of doing business where the customer does not feel ripped of all the time. It's important that no matter what business you're are in, to put the needs of your customers first. In a nutshell Geico has to not been good to us. read more
