Tried to call the office and kept getting "Jack is in a meeting". Called to have my policy's switched over to another agent but told the lady on the phone I wanted to talk to Jack first. That was at 9:45. I receive a call from the office at 3pm that Jack is still in meetings and we already transferred your stuff over to the new office. Mentioned that I specifically asked to speak with him before transferring my stuff and clearly they did not listen. Do not waist your time with this agent as he does not care about customer service
